An unauthorised phishing email was sent through our email marketing platform using a compromised API key. No customer data was stolen.
We detected the incident within five minutes, warned all subscribers within 20 minutes, and secured the affected access. We’ve implemented additional safeguards and are continuing to investigate with the email marketing platform.
