State qualifiers ✅! 1st place 400 (56.79), 1st place 4x400 (anchor hawk down!), 4th place 200m @saragram99

Great week of new PRs! 1st place @ TriCounty Meet of Champions in 400m (57.06) but my favorite was the 4x400 at Bob Jenkins Coaches Classic Elite Meet where we came in unranked against top 10 teams and took 2nd (3:59)! I love anchoring this amazing relay team! @saragram99

I am loving this new sport called track. Great night at Charleston County Championship on Wed! 1st place in county in 400m and 4x400 relay, 2nd in 200m and 4x100. Meet MVP. Here’s my 4x4 anchor (57.66 split) where we REFUSED to get hawked down @saragramtrack #multisportathlete xonCSN

Very windy Saturday at Cane Bay! Some people dropped out of the races bc not a great day for PRs which is why my 200 looks a little lonely (26.43). But I ran the 100 for the first time so technically a PR even with wind (13.21). Also ran 4x100 @saragram99

Excited to PR at the Bob Jenkins SCTCCCA Coaches Classic Region Race at Cane Bay yesterday: 58:58! Ran against some really talented (and super nice!) girls. Also placed 3rd in 4x400. @saragram99

The mixed 4x400 at the Wando mellow mushroom relays is so fun. I ran the 3rd leg with a 59.3 split and I love standing on the podium with my track family. We commanded 1st place after last year’s 3rd place finish. (I also took 3rd in the sprint medley, 800m anchor) @saragram99

Thank you @milesplit @MSCarolinas_ for the mentions. This freshman is just getting started! These lists remind me there’s always something I can do to improve in this new sport. Running on a soccer field is way easier :) @saragram99

Freshman year loading! First official meet of the season with new PRs! 400m: 1.00.43 (school record) & 200m: 26.17. @saragram99 @MSCarolinas_

Happy to represent the 3 sport athletes! Not easy to juggle 3 sports but it’s who I am. A few clips from HS varsity soccer & track. Check out my track journey @saragramtrack This winger is getting even faster! @TopDrawerSoccer @ImYouthSoccer @SteveCoxonCSN
