Needed this HEAVILY.
As a young guy with a lot of responsibility, I’m constantly overthinking about the future, trying to account for so many different possibilities…
To the point that I barely can appreciate or get excited about what’s happening RIGHT NOW.
My own amendment to month & year, but put 99.8% of my energy into today.
Give yourself a direction, execute today well, and trust yourself to handle what comes next.
It sounds simple typing this, but man is it difficult to actually do.
Thank you Murph

Oh?
The Cincinnati Reds will “absolutely” consider trading Elly De La Cruz this offseason, per @JimBowdenGM
The Red Sox made a “strong offer” at the deadline that was declined by the Reds

The Rays had the best record in the AL, won the pennant, and STILL get asked if they belong “on this level”? 😂
I hope the Rays build something SO STRONG, on and off the field, that these old attendance, payroll, and “baseball market” narratives stop following every success..

WATCH: "At the end of the day, we think we can win the whole thing."
#Rays shortstop Taylor Walls says it is disrespectful to think this team could just win one WS game. He's confident this team can win four in a row to take home the organization's first ever #WorldSeries title.
