This dunya was never meant to fully satisfy you. No matter how much you gain, something will always feel missing. Because your soul was created for Jannah, not this temporary world.
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Be in this world as though you were a stranger or a traveler."

You know it is in fact okay to accept that every once in a while you may just not be the target audience for a piece of fiction, instead of pretending it sells millions for no reason.
Apothecary Diaries is offensively boring, how does this series have so many fans

Emma 2009 is so good. Romola and & jonny especially during the proposal scene is peak romance.
Since I seem to be living in the period drama world lately, here is my list of favourite adaptations I keep returning to-
Pride and Prejudice (1995)
North & South (2004)
Emma (2009)
Little Women (2019)
Persuasion (2007)
Sense & Sensibility (1995)- The 2026 version adds as well.

My grandfather was a coolie 😆
That was his occupation on my dad's birth certificate haha

People who care so much about their ancestors and ancient civilizations seem to have the impression they are all descendants of the emperors and mighty warriors. My ancestors were probably farmers and that their bloodline survived for so long means they were quite tough.

The girl voting AES needs to find new friends. Your current friend is showing you who she is. Believe her.
A tale of two friends.
One will vote for anyone but Abdul El-Sayed simply because he's a Muslim. She's has no reason other than his religion.
The friend will vote for El-Sayed because she wants to see reproductive rights safeguarded, abortion rights protected, and wants to live yone no matter their religion feel safe.
I don't understand where El-Sayed's hatred comes from. All he wants to do is pass Medicare for all, get money out politics and get money in your pockets.

1. Always put an AirTag in your checked bag.
2. And try to have a list of what the first few things in your checked bag are, in situations where it gets lost, you’ll need to describe the items even when you have an AirTag
3. Wipe down all surfaces once you get to your seat.
4. Stop using the dryers in the airport bathroom and use the napkins
5. Make sure you have on footwear with socks going through security incase you need to take off your shoes
6. Take an empty water bottle through security, you can fill it up after at the water areas, that way you save a few bucks on overpriced airport water
7. Try to pack at least a few days worth of clothes and essentials in your hand luggage in case your checked bags gets lost.
