Exploratory TALAPRO-2 analyses demonstrate strong agreement between tissue and ctDNA testing for HRR gene alterations in metastatic castration-resistant #ProstateCancer .
➡️ Baseline ctDNA tumour burden was associated with progression-free survival, while early reductions in ctDNA and circulating tumour cells (CTCs) were prognostic of improved outcomes.
✅These findings highlight the potential value of liquid biopsies and CTC monitoring in assessing prognosis and treatment response, including with talazoparib plus enzalutamide.

Approval based on TALAPRO-3 Trial led by @neerajaiims, % reduction in the hazard of radiographic progression or death (HR 0.48; 95% CI 0.36–0.65).
