@IAPonomarenko I've written two books about Trump and Russia(House of Trump, House of Putin and American Kompromat) and it goes back to 1980 when Russia first began to cultivate him. They own him. He was a stupendously bad businessman and they bailed him out again and again--over decades.
I am genuinely astonished that, after Donald Trump has spent the past two years stripping Ukraine of virtually all Congressionally-approved aid, threatening Ukraine, fawning over Putin and bending over backwards to please him in every conceivable way, blaming Ukraine for being invaded, hurling vicious, absurd insults, blackmail, and torrents of lies at it, twisting its arm to force it into capitulation, humiliating it with his antics, making it a scapegoat for his own failures and incompetence in the eyes of voters, and now openly and definitively entering into direct collusion with the Kremlin and siding with it in exchange for promised corrupt ābusiness opportunitiesā for himself, his family, and his inner circle -- there are still people who have the nerve search with a magnifying glass for ways in which Zelensky failed to kiss Trump's ass enthusiastically enough to explain why he has been treating Ukraine this way.

A case in point: I have more than 50K followers, but two hours after posting the post below has 18 views!
I'd appreciate it if @elonmusk stopped shadowbanning everyone he disagrees with. I earned a blue check under Twitter and got more than 50K followers. Since Musk took over, I've paid his monthly feel but I've gained virtually no followers and Musk's algorithms ensure that I get almost no traffic.

black october just got worse. a japanese company lost 27,000 servers and itās not even the scariest part
GMO Internet runs a cloud service called Onamae Desktop, mostly used by forex traders running automated trading bots
hackers broke in, installed malware across up to 26,739 servers, stole trading credentials and started making unauthorized trades on peopleās accounts
not one broker. over 70 different securities and forex firms across japan and internationally. people woke up to trades they never made, money moving they never authorized
OANDA Japan froze customer withdrawals. GMO refused to pay the ransom, permanently shut down the entire service, and did something nobody expected
they asked the japanese government to use brand new active cyber defense powers, literally military-grade authority that just went into effect october 1st, to trace and neutralize the attackersā infrastructure. the government can now legally hack back
the technical details from the attackerās own site are terrifying. GMO configured their VPS network using Active Directory, something you should never do on shared hosting
every server had admin credentials. and the RDP files customers used to connect? drive redirect was enabled by default, meaning the moment you connected to your VPS, your entire local PC was shared with the server
hackers didnāt just own the servers. they had a direct path into every customerās personal computer. they extracted data, installed backdoors. customers were exposed like this for over 7 years
27,000 servers. 70+ brokers. unauthorized trades. personal computers backdoored. a company begging its government to go to cyber war
october isnāt slowing down

This is a fascinating post from a year ago, check it out.
I live in a small MAGA town.
I know MAGA people. I drink with them. I talk to them. I study them.
Theyāre not the loud Twitter yappers, at least most of them. Theyāre quieter. Slower. But the delusion runs deep, just bottled up in passive smiles and soft voices.
A few weeks ago, one of them tried to convert me at a bar. He knew I wasnāt into the Trump cult, but he started soft. Calm voice. Friendly tone.
āMario, youāre white. You can drink a lot, you eat meat, āhe was just surprised that I was eating rare burgerā and drinking vodka chasing it with Guinness. He also said, āYouāre one of us. You should feel proud.ā
Thatās their seduction tactic.
Not facts. Not logic. Just subtle tribal grooming.
āYouāre white. You drink. You belong.ā
It was almost sweet, in a sad, culty way.
Like a Jehovahās Witness trying to sell you eternal life with a shaky brochure and cheap suit.
But letās talk about the whole ecosystem.
The truth.
MAGA men?
Most are not warriors.
Theyāre out-of-shape, insecure, jealous small-town boys who peaked in high school, still clinging to stories from when they āalmost went proā or āshouldāve been in the military.ā
Theyāre proud of being able to drink a case of light beer, drive a truck, and scream about freedom while their knees buckle from sugar and rage.
Theyāre easy to manipulate because they donāt ask questions.
They donāt read.
They react.
They memorize memes like scripture and repeat them like gospel.
They think being loud equals being right.
They think the world is laughing with them.
Itās not.
The worldās laughing at them, when itās not just ignoring them entirely.
MAGA women?
Theyāre caught in a brutal paradox, constantly screaming about how proud and strong they are, while reshaping every inch of their body to meet a fake beauty standard pushed by the very system they claim to hate.
Plastic lips. Inflated cheeks. Eyelashes thick as windshield wipers.
Trying to look rich while shopping clearance at Walmart.
They scream about ānatural family valuesā while injecting Botox and collapsing into MLM scams that promise empowerment through overpriced lipstick.
They mock liberals for being āgender confusedā while wearing more synthetic parts than a Barbie made in a Russian factory.
Hereās the thing: MAGA America isnāt just backward.
Itās boring. MAGA folks are simply subsimple.
Thereās nothing imaginative about it. No new culture. No innovation. No ideas.
They donāt invent, they imitate.
They donāt challenge, they chant.
Itās the same five phrases over and over.
The same flag. The same truck. The same outfit.
Patriot cosplay.
And thatās why the world doesnāt just hate MAGA.
It forgets it.
Because once the shouting stops, thereās nothing under the hood.
Just cheap beer breath, fake smiles, and a belief that whiteness and loudness are still enough to matter.
You want the brutal truth?
Even without Trump, even without the cult, most of them would still be irrelevant.
Not because theyāre evil.
But because they chose comfort over growth.
Tribalism over truth.
Imitation over imagination.
They donāt want to understand the world.
They want the world to stay small enough to understand them.
And thatās the saddest, most humiliating part.

Hitler was a far-Right fascist whose party was named the National Socialist German Workers' Party to attract working-class voters.
Then he banned the Social Democratic and Communist parties, and sent socialists and communists to concentration camps.

If the question about which Mike Rogers wants it to be, I think it is sad and beneath him, and frankly beneath the President of the United States to make that an issue because under our constitution you're guaranteed the right to pray as you choose to pray

Helpful prompt about what to do if the internet goes down due to a global cyberattack/AI swarm.
This seems less insane with every passing day.
I also bought myself the SAS Survival Guide, which is essentially a bush manual for almost every imaginable outcome.
Money
- Keep cash at home, about two to four weeks of essentials, in small bills.
- Write down your bank, credit card and insurance account details and phone numbers on paper.
Information and contacts
- Print a contact list with family, close friends, neighbors, doctors and the kidsā school.
- Agree on a family meeting point and plan in case phones are down, such as āif we canāt reach each other, meet at X by Y time.ā
- Export and print or save offline anything business-critical.
- Download offline maps
- Keep paper copies of passports, IDs, insurance cards and prescriptions.
Communication
- Get a battery or hand-crank AM/FM/NOAA radio, which will be your main news source.
- Consider a pair of walkie-talkies or GMRS radios for the family.
- Keep a landline-style backup in mind. Most ālandlinesā now run over the internet, so donāt count on yours.
Power
- Keep power banks charged, plus a solar charger or a larger portable power station.
- Have flashlights, headlamps and spare batteries.
Water and food (aim for 2 weeks)
- Store about 1 gallon of water per person per day. In a high-rise this matters most, because building water pumps need electricity.
- Stock shelf-stable food the kids will actually eat, plus a manual can opener.
- Keep a camping stove with fuel for outdoor or ventilated use only, or no-cook foods.
Health
- Keep at least a 30-day supply of any prescriptions.
- Have a first aid kit, OTC basics like pain relievers in childrenās doses, and hygiene supplies.
Home and offline life
- Learn how to manually open anything electronic, such as smart locks and the buildingās garage or entry.
- Keep a paper copy of the buildingās emergency procedures and superās number.
- Download offline entertainment and learning material for the kids: books, games, art supplies.
- Get to know a few neighbors, since local community becomes your network fast.
Digital hygiene (helps before and after)
- Back up photos and documents to an external drive kept offline.
- Use strong, unique passwords with 2FA, and keep printed recovery codes for key accounts.

Here's a hard truth nobody seems to be talking about. Once he's gone, the Joint Chiefs need to be investigated. Our military has failed us. They've followed illegal orders and abdicated their authority and responsibility to their citizens. They've willingly served the mad king. We cannot allow our military to be run by leaders like that.
