@ShockwaveIVL just works. 68M with lifestyle limiting sx on OMT with failed svg to dominant LCX CTO. Nasty calcium. Mongo does it’s thing. Mamba red to get past distal cap. Distal cap dog bone with 2.5 NC balloon. 2.0 Wolverine won’t deliver.

What to do now? Lesion resistant to NCs, specialty balloons won’t cross. Laser on a curve ? 😬. Pretty distal for atherectomy too. And….the 2.5 IVL delivered like butter
