Introducing Epupp, a live REPL connection into your browser, for your editor or your AI agent. Epupp also supports userscripts, a bit like Tampermonkey.
Here's a video of @code Copilot using the Epupp REPL, connected to a web page, to first develop some functionality changing ge, and then saving it as a userscript. (A very useful script, I'd say.)

Never had an Amiga. My friend had and we spent insane amounts of time with it. I think it may be the best computer ever for its era.
34 years ago today, Commodore released the Amiga 1200.🎉
21 October 1992. A slimline machine with a 32-bit 68EC020, AGA graphics that finally brought 256 colours, 2 MB of RAM, and a price of £399. It was the last great Commodore home computer — powerful, expandable, and still h we’d never sold.
Now the legend is coming back in a new form.
THEA1200 (from Retro Games Ltd) is a full-size recreation with a real working keyboard, HDMI output, USB ports, Workbench included, and 25 classic games pre-loaded. Load your own titles via WHDLoad, switch between A500/A600/A1200/CD32 modes, and plug it straight into a modern TV. It’s shipping 4 December 2026 — just in time for an Amiga Christmas.
The original A1200 launched the AGA era. THEA1200 is bringing that era back for a new generation (and for everyone who still hears the boot sound in their sleep).
Were you an Amiga 1200 owner, or are you jumping in for the first time with THEA1200?

I loved my Commodore 128.
Was the Commodore 128 a flop or a love letter to Commodore 64 owners? x.com/i/article/2067…

I lived to see the first wingless car fly! That was not on my bingo card. Celebrating with a custom wallpaper image.
(The "made with AI" tag is somewhat of a lie. I only used AI to scale the image. The actual image is from someone at the event taking a photo.)

So insanely cool!
TL;DR of my new article: who Lauren Tan (@poteto) really is, and how the engineer behind Grok Bot went from 31K to 198K followers in ten weeks.
She has been at Cursor for less than seven months, not even long enough to hit a typical one-year vesting cliff. In that time @elonmusk has reposted, quoted, or replied to her at least 21 times.
🇸🇬 A teenager in Singapore whose dad gave her Photoshop at 15, then a finance degree where her first program was an Excel macro
🎤 Her tweets got her invited to speak at EmberConf, and her talks got her DockYard, Netflix, and the React team
⚛️ Sole author of the React Compiler Beta post, co-author of React Compiler 1.0
🐶 Binnie, her bug-fixing Slack bot, helped inspire Grok Bot because she is "a fairly lazy person"
🏗️ She rebuilt Grok @bot on Dune, her agent-first framework, in more than 600 PRs
🚀 Her 2,500 PRs talk has 3.9M views: "You can't spawn 100 agents when you don't even trust the output of one agent."
🌌 Grok Bot Galaxy, a 72-hour livestream building a company with @grok and @bot, which Elon quoted to 30M views
🥔 pstack, where the P is for potato
Caveat: she is the first to say she did not build Grok Bot alone. "I wouldn't say I built it all."

Friends on X. I have an ask. If I ever react to the reveal of something like a flying car with “But, who actually needs this?”. Do me the favor of taking me out behind the barn and shoot me. Make the process short. The point is to end my suffering, not cause more of it.

Say "I don't get it" without saying "I don't get it".
I hate to be the one to burst the Tesla bubble today, but the spectacular “flight” we witnessed at the Roadster reveal needs a little context. The car is carrying around 250kg of compressed air, plus the weight of the tanks, valves and thrusters needed to contain and release it. d figures, that gives it roughly 1.5–2 seconds of maximum thrust before the system needs to be refilled.
In short, it's a gimmick.

Of course the flying Tesla Roadster is a gimmick but that sort of misses the point, the tech flex behind it isn't.
Tesla's bulk business is about advanced technology from EV to self drive, but decided to create the most ridiculous manual drive supercar. Supercars are a gimmick, almost by definition, based on how wild can you make them.
The gimmick that can make the car literally fly, briefly, can make it corner like no other supercar and accelerate, literally like a dragster on a test track. It's got nothing to do with flying continuously, but having a car that will outperform every Lambo, Ferrari or McLaren with technology that they cannot replicate because it requires experience from space launches and computation that they don't have now nor will in future.
So Porsche, Bugatti, Aston Martin just became legacy prestige brands, like Rolex, Richard Mille or Patek Philippe. These cars celebrate the bygone age and the baroque, physical complexity of the internal combustion engine just as mechanical watches do for non digital, complex time-keeping mechanisms. But hey won't be faster anymore than a mechanical watch keeps better time than a Casio. They are now, de facto, mobile jewelry and no longer supercars with superlative performance. And this affects their ability to market the bulk business of mainstream European internal combustion engine cars. It's the end of an era of industrial era manufacturing.

This take on spreadsheets... absolutely bonkers. I think there may be a reason why it was revealed at the same time as them flying cars.

“Born too late for the age of sail, born too early to explore space, born just in time to witness a new golden age for spreadsheets. If I were there I would have went wild!”
“I don’t love spreadsheets but boy I’m excited for this presentation!”
