On both, a small separate key pays network fees and can't touch your funds. Each signing key works once, and your wallet refreshes them before they run out.

Each key signs once, then it's gone. Your account carries 1,024 of them and low.
The contracts can't be upgraded and have no admin key. Nobody can change the rules, including us.
