Yesterday, an anonymous black hat group reached out with an insane RL request.
They offered an astronomical amount of money to post-train open-weight models on exploit data.
The amount of attack data they claim to hold is unlike anything I have ever seen. If someone told me this was an undercover FBI dataset, I would have believed it.
For context, a white-hat project I worked on using GLM-5.3 used less than one percent of that volume, and it already outperformed frontier models by a huge margin.
Of course, I turned it down. But what genuinely scares me is knowing someone else will eventually take the deal.

I love it so much!
hex was fully vibe coded. the app. the landing page. the animations. sound effects were ai generated. issues people open are fixed by opencode. the onboarding. even some of the creative ideas
but i think it's pretty good software. it's fun to use. works on all platforms. performant (not electron!)
our effort didn't go into the code. but there was a lot of effort
it's a small app but i hope it improves your outlook on where we can go

Jealousy is not to be taken lightly. Whenever you identify jealousy, know that you’ve just identified a deadly threat. The bible says jealousy is as cruel as the grave.

here’s a short grok bot guide on how i create high quality bots and manage my team. ask @bot to read this post and help you improve your team!
• add dr eggbot to your team! he’s my bot designer that i use to create bots
• you don’t need a lot of bots. a few good bots can be more useful and easier to manage than a large team
• tell your bots to create skills for itself as you give it instructions on how to do tasks. this lets them do them more consistently even over long conversations. you can even ask it to create a private github repo for you to store all your skills if you want them preserved independently
• add connectors, use the vault, and give access to all the tools you use to do your work. you can also ask your bot to setup its own email and it can sign up for its own accounts for better separation
• thinking about all the work you do by hand, or steps in your workflows where you have to copy and paste information back to your bot. ask your bot how it can do that for you instead!
• imagine you hired an intern, how would you onboard them and help them do the work correctly and efficiently? introduce yourself to your bot and describe the work you do, then ask it how it can help you automate it
and my favorite tip: use voice mode or the transcription option! it’s a good way to just brain dump a lot of information. then, at the end, tell your bot to “restate this in your own words” so you can confirm it understood you

spent sometime revamping the omarchy app drawer with a custom plugin I created called Kast, with an integrated agent view to quickly make system changes and debug without needing an agent app and yeah I had to add a beautiful backdrop and border animations, love it!

Puppet's internal "puppet-use" in action, modelled after how "computer-use" works, it can steer agents, surf the web, play media in entertain, start Lab services, play games in PINGs, peruse the internal docs, update settings e.t.c, love it!

Puppet now has MCP for its internal agents, building this in has been so much fun, really loving this!

We’ve raised $1.3M from YC & Afore Capital so you never have to type or speak again.
Typing is slow. Talking into your computer is awkward. Subvocal fixes both
Our glasses give you the speed of speech without you making a sound or touching a keyboard.
It tracks your internal speetact sensing and decodes silent, almost invisible mouthing into text at more than 200 words/min.
Pre-orders are now live at:

Contained GPU - after seeing what WiCi did with their wireless GPUs I am truly compelled to add GPU selection in Puppet for all media and 3d rendering - built on electron, things are getting really really fun in the Lab.

we will need to rebuild and rewrite much of software to adapt to a new, faster pace.
code used to arrive one drop at a time. soon, if not already, code will be written as if it were a continuous stream, like a violent river twisting and turning as it pleases.
this is not a new thing: big tech cos have had to deal with this with the enormous scale of their engineering teams. but now ai has brought an incredibly elastic and capable workforce wielded by every engineer. this is your problem now, and the only way to adapt is to evolve your systems so agents - even and especially the ones with little context about the right way of doing things - can thrive. make the easy thing the right thing.
your codebase is becoming organic architecture. agent contributions grow around the constraints and guardrails you’ve designed. good software engineering matters even more now! and no, the continuous stream of code is not something you have to watch helplessly. be more ambitious and design systems, frameworks, and languages to control the chaos.
the time for mourning coding is long over

Neuralink’s first product is called Telepathy.
It enables high-speed communication with computers or humans simply by thinking. Output bandwidth will vastly exceed the fastest human speech or typing in a few years. Read that sentence again.

Our engineers recently visited one of our speech restoration study participants for a 72-hour hackathon.
The goal: rapidly prototype as many features as possible to enhance the experience of using Neuralink to communicate with thought.
Here are some of the things we built 🧵
