On a now deleted post, napikon itong HR/Recruitment Manager sa pagtanong ng hiree if pwede makita uniform.
Ayun, nung nakuyog sa comment section, she took down the post kasi nadamay company & allegedly she is one of the owners din.
Yung sagot niya na "salary+sc+tip" pa lang ay off a nagtanong muna siya why the need to see the uniform.
Malay mo may mga existing na damit si applicant na kaparehas ng uniform nila na pwede ma alter para makatipid kesa bumili ng bago, or perhaps may bawal sa religion or culture nila.
In this case, power tripping si ate. She could have dealt with this situation way better. She should have showed respect, discretion and professionalism.
Post agad kasi eh, nadamay tuloy yung business. Naungkat din mga horror stories ng previous employees nila about their experiences with the owners.

@dhumzkie8 It was a fair question. She should have handled it professionally. Kung mapipikon siya sa ganyang kaliit na bagay she should not be hiring employees and she should not be a boss or manager. Mukhang ang gusto nyan robot, hinde tao. Yun blind obedience and subservience lang.

Ok yea... Daybreak Red cyber models cook.
Worked with GPT5.5-cyber on a finding and it kept drumming up new impacts: local root execution, sandbox escape, and persistence across reboots.
Expensive but very intelligent.

Things companies call a layoff before they call it a layoff:
- A reorganization
- A strategic realignment
- Rightsizing
- A voluntary exit program
- Investing in the future
- An opportunity for growth
- Promoted to customer

DeepSeek Harness + 1017 Ultrafast is crazy.
V4.1 Flash 1017 Ultrafast has been my go-to model for a while.
We just fed it a fresh batch of optimizations and it got even faster.
Now it's open for you too. Pick it in the model menu, ask anything, and watch the text just... for everyone 👉 opengateway.ai

I keep telling this to every developer I know
if you run npm install on your bare macbook in 2026 you are waiting to be pwned
you need to develop inside a container
one bad vscode extension, one poisoned crate, and every credential on your machine is gone. that's not even paranoia anymore, it's just the baseline
apple/container spins up light linux vms on apple silicon
so I’ve updated my agent skill remote VMs setup and management to support local ones
use /remote-computer, create a local apple container for multi-language development
it sizes the VM to your CPU/RAM/disk, sets up key-only SSH on a host-only IP, no published ports, no home dir mount, and ports your git identity and commit signing. also works with AWS and GCP VMs

many people aren’t aware that their agent sessions are being sold for money
there are literally companies whose business model is to help other companies sell people’s agent sessions (search for “magma ai” if ur curious)
be careful what you use and install

As an ex Microsoft employee, I know at least 6 people taking this offer.
And another 2 who are don't want to but are terrified what will happen to them in the following year if they don't.

NEARLY 1 OUT OF 3 (60,000 EMPLOYEES) AT MICROSOFT BEING OFFERED VOLUNTARY TERMINATION
Emails should be going out any minute to those receiving the offer.
Absolutely insane.

Revolut founder Nik Storonsky says one of his investors tried forcing him to fire his best person:
“He was forcing me to fire my best person, because he was too hardcore.”
“Of course I didn’t fire him. I said no.”
“Pretty early on I realized that quite a few VCs, they are not hey can be actually dangerous for the company if they have enough power. So every single investment round, we just remove VCs.”
“Now I don't have any VCs on the board. I think that's the best. You always need to have operators rather than VCs on the board, people who actually build business and who know how to do things.”

Nik Storonsky is one of the most hardcore and competitive founders I’ve ever talked to. He’s the founder of Revolut, a $115 billion company, and wants to be the number one bank in 100 countries.
When someone asked Nik if he was coming for Jamie Dimon's lunch, he said “I’m coming ant to dominate, otherwise what’s the point?”
He removed every VC from his board, and when one investor pushed him too far, he started his own fund to compete with them.
Nik has a lot of ideas on talent, product design, marketing, constraints, and what makes founder-led companies special.
This is a fascinating conversation about competition, speed, and building a machine-like company.

2:04 Building the #1 bank in 100 countries
6:12 Why founders beat professional CEOs
8:45 Revolut's biggest mistake
12:47 Why legacy banks can't innovate
17:20 Running a company like a machine
20:28 Funding winners and cutting losers like a trader
23:31 How AI is changing Revolut's team structure
25:23 50 direct reports and spreading innovation fast
29:59 Hiring self-guided missiles
33:31 Too much money makes founders weaker
37:38 What Europe's constraints taught Revolut
41:08 Why VCs are like football cheerleaders
49:28 Starting a fund to compete with VCs
54:28 From zero marketing to buying Europe's airports
1:00:21 Funding moonshots like a global tech company
1:03:58 Building an unstoppable machine

What orgs don't realize is that they are just being baited by OpenAI, Anthropic etc to becoming majorly dependent on AI. Once that's in these companies will raise prices and subscriptions so AI cost start to rise
Not to mention other risks
1. AI Security
2. AI Capabilities - reliability, hallucinations etc
3. Vendor lock-in - when these AI vendors start clamping down on functionality because whatever
Add these all up and that's when orgs realize that going all in on AI is not so great after all
These CEOs are doing their either to ride on the trend for optics, or to give a better balance sheet for shareholders and make it appear they are doing a stellar job to collect a fat payday
But for those on the ground and with some technical knowhow, all know where this is likely headed ....
