It turns out GTA 6 was delayed cause it decided to have the most advanced NPCs of any game. Only other game that will have 100% unique NPCs is the new Fable. GTA 6 has already surpassed fable’s NPC achievements as the GTA NPCs have functional nervous systems. #gtavi

• Every NPC was individually art-directed (“We art-directed each individual one of them”).

If you see an NPC again, they don’t just look the same, that’s actually them. The NPC studio went all out. #gtavi

They are not random mismatches of body parts and clothes. Think of GTA 6 NPCs as more like how Bully NPCs were. They were individuals. The scale is just much higher. They change clothes, can workout, etc. They can also die. Their tats, social medias, home decor are unique.

Cyberleek did have the updated character models so 2025 is probably the version he has. Around the first delay (Fall 2025). They set up an NPC studio around that time so the game he had isn’t even the same one we’re getting . #gtavi
