hi! i'm divyansh, friends call me div.
grew up in delhi, sf since '24. spent my career deep in data, infra, and dev tools.
sold my first startup last year to a $3b sf unicorn, then took time off to travel the world and run my second marathon (berlin '25). did a 10-day silent ere too.
current rabbit holes: robot safety, interpretability, and why nobody talks about indium enough.
now brewing the next company.
more soon.

I listened to the whole episode. There's something off and even sad about the premise of this show. I'm sure Sarah and Vivian have good intentions. But a lot of conversations considered normal in SF tech circles just sound completely alien and unrelatable to 99.9% of the population.
Feels like a missed opportunity to surface humanity among founders/VCs. Instead, it ends up reinforcing the growing notion that life in the Bay is mostly about making money and making sure every decision in our lives is optimized to the bone

We started Mubit in Aberdeen. No network, no lab, nobody knew us. We just wanted AI systems that actually work.
Today we work with some of the best companies and engineers in the world.
And the thing we kept seeing: you and your competitor run the same AI. It should be yours. the next 48 hours for $100 free credits. Enterprises get the first month free.

Louder.
@gabriel_zucmane a 25-year-old founder has a stake worth $1B on paper in a startup that just raised $100M at a $3B valuation. The company received that money - not the founder.
Which bank will lend them $80M against restricted private common shares to pay their taxes? 99% of banks wont do this.
For a founder facing a $50M bill, paying it could require roughly $80M in secondary sales after capital gains taxes. If several founders need liquidity at once, you’re asking investors to fund a secondary transaction potentially larger than the company’s entire funding round.
I promise you there will be no buyers of secondary shares of that amount.
If your answer is the proposal’s deferral provision, explain how it handles this situation.
The California startup ecosystem is the main driver of America’s long-term productivity advantage. The US grew roughly 2.5 times as fast as France last year. Your ideas about about to destroy that.
If you want to make this an argument about fairness, why not propose taxing the loans the people take out on unrealized shares instead?

A lot has changed in computer-use since I gave this talk
@aiDotEngineer, but the principle still holds:
If you're deploying computer-use agents in production and have semi-repetitive workflows across websites (which a lot of personal agents have), you should be hill-climbing with skills.
The talk is up now, point your agent to it: youtu.be/p7gaxmCUiIU

You can't dump terabytes of robotics data onto a laptop and point an agent at it, but that’s what we do with most smaller shapes of data
We made working with physical data as easy as working with CSV files.
Today, we are launching Interlatent Dataroom

++ every week is tech week if you live in sf. you just avoid the tourists altogether.
@kashvi As a founder who lives here, I avoid "tech week" almost entirely. May go to one intimate/curated dinner hosted by a friend, but it's like any other week.
Majority of my founder friends are in the same boat.
So... yes. We live here, we're just not at events.

Today we're reintroducing @quivlyai, backed by @ycombinator.
Quivly is the AI workforce for everything after the sale, built especially for companies with usage-based pricing.
Teams using Quivly take customers live in 7 days instead of 30, then expand them 4.3x on average.
Our ls into launch plans, chase blockers, catch risk and expansion signals, and have the full account story ready at renewal.
Closing the deal is just the beginning. Quivly handles everything after that.
