The mymind app is getting better, we listened to your feedback and the list is long. Lets get into it.
[SMART SPACES] Save a search as a smart space. Search for something (one or multiple terms), then tap "Save smart space" in Space automatically updates itself when new things are saved to your mind that match its conditions.
[NEED HELP?] Open the Settings sidebar (left edge swipe) and you'll find a new "Need help?" button. Pick Question, Bug, Idea or Other, write to us and we reply by email. We always love to hear your feedback.
[PRIVACY & ADVANCED AI] In the settings sidebar, tap "Privacy" which now has a new "Allow Advanced AI" switch. It lets us analyze your saves with more capable models hosted through Bedrock, Cloudflare and Google. Many of you asked for this to get better data on your saves and it also improves search as well as powers some of our new features. It is however totally optional.
IMPROVEMENTS
- The "My Collections" view now follows dark mode.
- When your mind reaches your first 20 cards, Serendipity unlocks with a lovely celebration.
- Deleting, restoring, tagging or adding many cards to a space at once is much faster.
- Drag-selecting lots of cards is smoother, and long articles open faster.
- type:song, type:album, type:playlist, type:color and type:bookmark now work like they do on the web.
- Search suggestions no longer show "Images" twice, or suggest a type you've already picked.
- Merging duplicate tags in Research Labs → Tidy Up is much faster.
- An opened tweet now sits on a neutral background instead of blue making the view a lot more calm.
- Same Vibe no longer rebuilds its whole index each time a new card syncs, aka this is now a lot faster.
MORE FIXES
+ Sharing a card directly to ChatGPT or other app on iPhone could leave the app frozen. This is now fixed!
+ On iPhone, a swipe that starts just above the search bar now scrolls your grid (previously was not working).
+ In a checklist, Return now makes a new item, even with "Return makes a new line" turned on. Wohoo!
+ Business and Repository cards were labelled "Businesse" and "Repositorie". Ouch! Fixed!
+ Date searches are now about your own day: "today" no longer reaches into yesterday. "from march to june" keeps the correct years, typed years work on every calendar, and #march is read as a tag, not a date.
+ "-horses cats" now leaves out only horses, not cats too so you can do more accurate searches.
+ A quoted search with punctuation, like "don't panic" or "nytimes .com", now finds what it should. Words like nytimes .co or sci-f match while you're still typing.
+ An article could lose its reader text after a sync. Fixed. Yay!
+ A card deleted while it was still uploading now stays deleted. Edge case heaven :D
+ Cards you'd just added to or removed from a space could snap back after sync. Fixed.
+ Unpinning a card right after pinning it could pin it again. Fixed.
+ Unmarking a card as done no longer removes its "read later" tag.
+ Changes made on another device while you were briefly offline are now picked up when you reconnect.
+ Some Spotlight results showed no thumbnail. This should be fixed now.
+ Instagram reels (Research Labs) now get the right video and author.

We had some fun with the little orange ball in the bottom, you can tap it or throw it around and it explodes into a thousand colors and proceeds to the next step.

Two little things you asked for coming to the all-new MacOS app:
1. You can drag to hide the sidebar (works the same way on iPad).
2. The sidebar setting (hide or show) will be remembered.
3. You can finally zoom into images inside the detail view (it will use the original ️ soon!

Today, I have the pleasure of recommending an app I’m going to start using every day😭
So normally, I send everything to myself on WhatsApp and save stuff. Links, videos, images, notes, ads, random things I find online. EVERYTHING.
But I just found mymind and I really like it!
own bookmark where I can save things and find them later. You can even use its AI to search and sort for stuff you’ve saved.
Create spaces, etc and somehow, you can save quite a lot with the free option, I’m currently sorting through my resources and uploading everything into their individual spaces.
You can also save links in your notes and all that.
