Awesome to have @drphil_urology with us in Detroit to bring back the 34th James M. Pierce Memorial Lectureship to @WayneUrology earlier this month. From RPLND considerations to mindfulness as surgeons, lots of great lessons for us.

Do surgeons have phenotypes? Are some surgeons more consistently aggressive than others? In @MUSICUrology, surgeons that tended to use AS for LR prostate cancer also utilized more AS for SRM. H/t to @mwang50, Sophie Wittenberg, et al for this effort.

Do surgeons have phenotypes? Aggressive vs conservative? Surgeons in @MUSICUrology that tended to use AS for LR PC also tended to use AS for small renal masses. Preview below, come discuss more with @mwang50 Sunday at 1pm. #AUA2023 @SUO_YUO
