When I first read about Quip Network, it reminded me of the early years of home mining. Computers sat under desks, heated up apartments, and mined coins. Owners calculated their profits and marveled at their electricity bills

But the Quip team took on the technologies of the ry grounded problems along the way. For instance, how to make a quantum computer useful without astronomical costs

They proposed connecting two worlds - regular computers and quantum machines. And doing it in a way where each handles the work best suited to it, while hardware owners get rewarded for useful computations

By autumn, hundreds of nodes were already running on the testnet, their number surpassing 1,500, while the count of created quantum-resistant wallets crossed 27,000

But what I liked most was the Boston story. At Quantum
Tech World 2026, the team ran nearly 2,000 competitions between classical algorithms and a D-Wave quantum computer

The machines were given portfolio optimization tasks, and the results were compared. I can picture how that looked from the outside. People in suits, a serious conference, and right there at the booth, computers are figuring out who manages money better

Engineering honesty always looks paradoxical. Yet the true thrill of engineering is taking wild quantum tech, wrapping it into three lines of clean code, and letting people simply build products

Still, @quipnetwork found something for collectors of rare art to do as well. In September, the Quantum Echoes collection came out. Each image was generated using randomness derived from real quantum hardware. Within a week, users minted over 226,000 NFTs

And I love this sequence. First, quantum machines solve mathematical problems, then they take part in creating pictures, and the owners of those pictures get extra Quip Points. Modern technological civilization in a single scene

Along the way, the team launched QuipSwap for cross-chain swaps, QVM for running programs across different types of computing hardware, and the first quantum smart contracts

And today, this story of quantum magic and dry science reaches Mainnet, while the team has prepared another 4,000 free Quantum Echoes reveals for November 1 Think fast, think together

Everyone asks, "is this chain quantum-safe?"

I started asking something else: who decides when the upgrade happens?

That question made Starknet's L1 idea click for me.

@Starknet is an L2. Its proofs are hash based and its accounts are programmable, so a lot can change without in July, a Falcon-512 account ran on mainnet as an experiment, unaudited.

But a few pieces still sit with Ethereum, like blob data and bridge messaging. Ethereum's own post quantum target is end of 2029. That's a planning target, and planning targets can shift.

So few days ago , the community voted 93.52% in favor of researching an independent L1. It's non-binding, research only. Nothing is approved yet.

When threats change, whoever owns the upgrade calendar can respond on their own timing. I'm not predicting when anything arrives. I just like having the option to move quickly.

Starknet is preparing, not finished. If you build in this space, the Quantum Hub is worth your time:

A strong Web3 post should do more than announce that a project has launched.

It should answer the questions people are already asking:

What problem is this solving?
What can users actually do with it today?
Where does its value come from?
And what should people pay attention to erence between repeating a project’s announcement and creating content that helps people understand the project.

This is the kind of creator activity I believe @rarelistio can bring forward. Not just publishing updates, but turning project information into useful insight that people can learn from and discuss.

The opportunity is bigger than earning RARS. It’s about becoming a source people recognise when they need clarity on a project. 💜

How @RebateLaunch Pad's Locked Rules Can Build Long-Term Trust

While researching Rebate Pad, one thing I found genuinely interesting is its locked rules system

In crypto, there is always one silent fear when we enter a new project or buy a new token

We often think about one and rates stay the same tomorrow? Or can the team change them later whenever they want?

Rebate Pad has taken an interesting approach to this problem

Here, important settings like bonus rate, sell fee, holder payout rate and payout destination are permanently locked when a token is launched

This means the creator or team cannot change these rules later based on their own needs

But I think the real value of this feature goes beyond just locking the rules. It also brings some important long-term benefits

1. Holders Get More Peace of Mind

When someone buys a token launched on Rebate Pad, they already know how its reward system works

The team cannot later change the bonus rate or payout rules just because they want to

This gives users more clarity before making a decision

2. Less Risk of Rule Changes

In crypto, we have seen many projects increase taxes after launch, stop reflections or change their payout systems

Rebate Pad's locked rules are designed to prevent these kinds of changes at the smart contract level

3. More Clarity for Long-Term Holders

Rebate Pad's holding multiplier system is also worth talking about here

Users who hold their tokens for 7+ days can become eligible for a 2x payout multiplier

Now imagine if the team could change payout rules while someone is holding their tokens

It would be difficult for holders to feel confident about staying for the long term

Locked rules help reduce this uncertainty

4. Building Long-Term Community Trust

When the basic rules are clear from the beginning and cannot be changed later, the community does not have to keep worrying about new rules coming out of nowhere

People can focus more on the actual project, token performance and ecosystem growth

I think Rebate Pad follows an important idea:

Trust in crypto is not just about what a team promises. Real trust also comes from making sure the team cannot change those promises whenever it wants

Flexibility can be useful in the short term, but predictability is much more valuable in the long run

And I think this is the biggest strength of Rebate Pad's locked rules system

It is not just a technical feature. It is a way to limit the creator's control and give holders more clarity for the long term

The final hours of a campaign can make a big difference, so if you're still participating in @quipnetwork, keep grinding and make these last contributions count. Quests and Mindshare are coming to an end soon, and I'm still trying to protect my position on the leaderboard. thin the top 315 after the final distribution.

Switching to @BeldexCoin, something I think deserves more attention is the role of decentralized infrastructure in reducing dependence on centralized services.

BelNet is an interesting example because it approaches internet connectivity through a distributed network rather than putting everything in the hands of one provider. It's not just about having another VPN option, but exploring a different way to route and access the internet.

I'm also keeping an eye on @Pact_Swap and @ama_protocol too

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺: 𝗜𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻?

The blockchain industry has been trying to attract traditional financial institutions for years. nificant difference between banks showing interest in the technology and actually adopting it. Financial organizations need more than fast transactions, low fees, or technological innovation. They require security, confidentiality, access control, and compliance with strict internal and regulatory standards.

Matter Labs appears to understand this challenge well. The recent completion of a SOC 2 Type 2 examination for its Prividium platform represents another step in that direction.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱?

Matter Labs has completed an independent SOC 2 Type 2 examination of Prividium, conducted by Thoropass Assurance.

The examination covered four key areas: Security, Availability, Confidentiality, and Privacy. It evaluated not only whether the platform's controls were properly designed but also whether they operated effectively throughout a defined review period, from July 1 to September 30, 2026.

It is important to understand the difference between SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2.

Type 1 assesses an organization's control systems at a specific point in time. Type 2 goes further by examining whether those controls actually functioned effectively over an extended period.

In other words, it is not enough to simply claim that a system is secure. Organizations need independent evidence that the relevant safeguards are actually working.

For large financial institutions, this is an important part of evaluating potential technology providers.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺?

Prividium is an institutional blockchain platform developed by Matter Labs and built on ZKsync technology. It allows organizations to deploy and operate their own blockchain networks and application-specific rollups without having to manage the underlying infrastructure themselves.

Its key advantage is the ability to combine blockchain technology with the requirements of traditional finance.

Imagine a bank looking to move some of its operations onto a blockchain. It may be interested in asset tokenization, digital securities, or more efficient financial settlements. However, it cannot simply expose customer information, account balances, and internal transactions to everyone.

This is where Prividium's architecture becomes relevant:

✓ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 – the ability to restrict access to sensitive financial information.
✓ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 – organizations can define their own access rules and determine how participants interact within their networks.
✓ 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼-𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 – cryptographic mechanisms allow the validity of operations to be verified without revealing all underlying information.

The broader goal is to build a bridge between open blockchain infrastructure and the requirements of private financial systems.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝘀?

I see several promising directions.

First, it could make institutional adoption easier. An independent audit provides additional assurance and helps Matter Labs navigate vendor due diligence processes. It does not guarantee new contracts, but it removes one potential obstacle to entering institutional partnerships.

Second, it could strengthen Prividium's position in the RWA (Real World Assets) sector. Tokenized bonds, funds, digital securities, and deposits require infrastructure capable of meeting institutional standards. Prividium could potentially become part of that infrastructure.

Third, it could support a more sustainable long-term business model. If the platform attracts real enterprise customers, Matter Labs will have an opportunity to expand its institutional technology business rather than relying exclusively on retail activity across the crypto ecosystem.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗭𝗞 𝘁𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻?

This is where I would be more cautious.

The growth of Prividium and Matter Labs' institutional business could improve the overall outlook for the ZKsync ecosystem. However, stronger enterprise adoption does not automatically translate into increased demand for the ZK token.

To understand the potential impact, we need to look at how Prividium's business model connects to the token, whether ZK is required for its operations, and whether the ecosystem directly benefits economically from an increasing number of institutional customers.

For this reason, I would evaluate Matter Labs' fundamental progress and the potential impact on ZK's market value separately.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁?

For me, the next important signals will be:

1. Announcements of specific banks and financial institutions adopting Prividium.
2. The launch of real financial products built on the platform.
3. Verified transaction volumes and network activity.
4. New commercial partnerships and integrations.
5. Further independent audits and progress in meeting institutional requirements.

It will be especially important to distinguish ordinary partnership announcements from actual production-level adoption.

𝗠𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

I see the completion of SOC 2 Type 2 as a positive fundamental development for Matter Labs. However, the real significance of this milestone will depend not on the audit report itself, but on what comes next.
If Prividium moves from technological readiness to actual adoption by banks, financial institutions, and tokenized asset issuers, it could become an important driver of ZKsync's long-term development.

What I find most interesting is that Matter Labs is not simply building another blockchain product. The company is working toward infrastructure that could allow traditional finance to benefit from blockchain technology without abandoning the requirements on which its operations depend.

And that is exactly the kind of progress I will be watching closely over the coming months.

Robot dog solves giant Rubik's cube

Engineers from ETH Zurich taught the quadruped ANYmal-D to solve a cube with a 40 cm edge and 4.6 kg weight in 8-9 minutes. The robot walks around the cube, flips it to see the bottom face, and scans the color layout with a camera. It then path using the Kociemba algorithm, one of the fastest computer methods that usually finds a solution in about 20-25 turns

With reinforcement learning the robot learned to flip the cube and rotate layers with two paws. The algorithm picks steps so the cube does not slide too far during flips. In tests ANYmal-D solved the Rubik's cube three times by itself in roughly 30 actions each attempt, including the flips

Solving a Rubik's cube is not the most useful skill. Scientists checked whether the robot can manage an unsecured object that also changes shape for a long time with precision. I like how the setup forces continuous contact and balance instead of a fixed grip

The robot completed every test run without the cube escaping its working area

There's an interesting mechanism behind the $REBATE supply reduction that I think deserves a closer look.

Most people see a token burn and focus on how many tokens have disappeared.

But on @RebateLaunch, there's another part worth understanding: how a burn round is funded,
Let's break it down. 👇

➩ 1. Where does the money for the burns come from?

Every trade on tokens launched through Rebate Pad contributes a platform fee.

The standard platform fee is 0.7%, while $REBATE trades carry a 0.2% platform fee.

These fees are converted into USDG and accumulated in a shared platform pot.

That means activity across different launches contributes to the same mechanism, rather than relying only on trading activity around $REBATE itself.

➩ 2. Who can trigger a burn round?

This is one detail I find interesting.

Once the accumulated pot reaches the required amount, anyone can trigger a round.

It isn't restricted to the team or a privileged wallet.

The caller receives a small share for triggering it, subject to a cap. The platform also applies limits to how these rounds execute, including price-impact limits.

So there's an incentive to trigger a round, but it isn't an unlimited reward.

➩ 3. What happens when a round runs?

The accumulated funds are split into two parts:

40% — Market buyback and burn

This portion buys $REBATE directly at the prevailing market price. The tokens purchased are then burned.

60% — Automated dip buying

This portion is used to place buy orders below the current market price.

Up to three orders can wait below the market. If the price falls to one of those levels, the order can execute and the purchased $REBATE is burned.

There's an important distinction here: those lower orders don't have to fill immediately. They depend on the market reaching their prices.

➩ 4. Why does this matter?

It means the burn mechanism has two different routes.

One buys at market price, while the other waits for lower prices.

Both are designed to remove purchased tokens from circulation, but their execution depends on different market conditions.

It also means the amount accumulated in the fee pot and the frequency of completed rounds are worth watching.

➩ My takeaway

I find the permissionless trigger particularly interesting.

The mechanism isn't just a promise that some tokens will eventually be burned. There's a defined process: platform fees accumulate, someone can trigger a round once the pot is sufficiently funded, buy orders execute under their respective conditions, and purchased tokens are burned.

Of course, burns don't automatically create demand or guarantee price appreciation. The amount of trading activity, order execution and market conditions still matter.

For me, the real thing to watch is how consistently this mechanism executes as activity across Rebate Pad grows.

Giving an AI agent access to financial tools is one thing.

Making sure it understands its limits is another.

That's an important part of the @meetmotes concept.

Users are intended to define their financial objectives, approved assets, spending limits and transaction gent can execute supported actions.

The smart account is designed to enforce those permissions rather than relying entirely on the AI to follow instructions.

I think this distinction matters.

An intelligent agent should not have unrestricted authority over someone's assets.

The future of agentic finance needs more than intelligence.
It needs accountability, clear permissions and user control.

อีกจุดเด่นคือแนวคิด Real Yield 💰✨

📊 Volume และ TVL เติบโตอย่างมีคุณภาพหรือแค่กระแสชั่วคราว?

💵 กิจกรรมบนเชนสร้างรายได้กลับมาเลี้ยงระบบได้จริงแค่ไหน?

Not everyone will approach the game with the same strategy. Some may focus on acquiring valuable tize developing their properties, while some will explore opportunities through gameplay and $DEAL.

That diversity could make the ecosystem more interesting because every decision may create a different experience.

I also think the connection between virtual land and in-game rewards is worth paying attention to. When players have meaningful reasons to participate, the game becomes more than just another virtual world.

What matters most is how these features work together in practice and whether they can keep the community engaged over time.

I'm following the journey through @rarelistio and looking forward to seeing how Fomopoly develops as more players join.

Good morning and happy new month, Friends.

Have you ever thought about this scenario before.

Imagine a treasury trying to settle a billion-dollar move on a public feed.

Every competitor sees the size, timing, and direction before it's confirmed. To me, that is not acceptable f how you will feel too, based on your experience in this space.

Institutions cannot only trade transparency for viability.

In my humble opinion, I think they need both, i.e keep sensitive position data hidden, yet make every claim provable on demand. Anything less keeps real volume off-chain.

That is why selective disclosure is becoming the new standard, not an optional privacy feature anymore.

It gladdens my heart to see @primus_labs building the confidential layer to make it practical.

zkTLS lets you authenticate off-chain records, bank balances, exchange proofs, KYC status, etc without publishing the raw data.

FHE keeps balances and amounts encrypted while contracts still execute correctly. You prove without exposing.

7 months ago, Quip was still a collection of things we were learning to explore. seeing how much is now live makes this latest update worth paying attention to.

i went through this post from @quipnetwork, and quite a few pieces are coming together.

Quip Accounts, both compute subnets and the Quip Virtual Machine are already live on testnet. the plan to bring these experiences together in one app also makes sense. having accounts, swaps and points in one place should make the ecosystem easier to navigate.

one thing i'm particularly interested in is the security audit. Quip is preparing for an external review of its chain b4 mainnet, and i'd rather see the team take the time to check things properly than rush into handling real user assets.

there's also some clarity for campaign participants. previous campaigns have their own QUIP allocations, separate from the newer Quip Points campaign. so the work people put in earlier still counts.

for those of us like me who have spent months completing quests, grinding in their dc account, sharing updates and following the development, it's good to see the network reaching this stage.

there's still work ahead, esp before mainnet, but the progress is becoming easier to see.

now i'm looking forward to the audit results and seeing how everything performs as Quip gets closer to launch.

something interesting is happening with @zerufinance

zeth is not just another meme coin trying to build a community from zero

it's an activity market built around an economy that already exists

here's the distinction i find interesting

ethereum is the underlying economy

real and liquidity are the contributions

zeth is the activity market

and each season can produce a new ztoken, with the community choosing its name and artwork

this creates a different relationship between a token and the people behind it

instead of launching first and hoping people show up later, the market starts with people who already have an economic footprint

zeth is currently running as the first activity market in beta

i'm curious to see how this seasonal model evolves and whether other onchain communities will get their own markets next

the next generation of meme launches might start with activity, not attention
