Appendix is not 100% reliable. Sometimes skimpy, sometimes obstructed, but when good, it’s a great, well vascularized solution for R sided radiated ureters. Here I’m using a 8cm appendix onlay flap to fix a long, radiated (XRT+brachy for CaP) mid-distal ureter. See ICG/NIRF vids!
