Mining stocks were topping 9 months before the 2011 Gold and Silver blow-off top.

Wall Street sniffed out a final retail-led metals frenzy and quietly scaled out of miners with the GDX forming a classic Wyckoff distribution.

This did not happen in January or at the end of t has not corrected. Silver has only recently broken 45-year resistance at $50. The metals cycle top is not in yet.

Gold weekly chart. I expect gold to breakout to $5k initially and then to all time high with ultimate target for this cycle $7.5k - 8k within the next 6-7 months...

Silver at $64.50 up a dollar in a day. What I like best about price action in silver it allows you to plan future moves in advance. My plan is to either sell at $90+ buy back on a dip to $70 and hold for a market top!

USA allocation: only about 1.7%

Even after the recent ls remain materially under-owned, at only a fraction of 2011 peak.
