Today is a special day for me.

I've made $3M with my 36 startups.

Solo.
85% margin.
Bootstrapped.

It took 10 years, and I loved every second of it.

After failing as an entrepreneur for 5 years, I got a job in 2021.

That's when I discovered @levelsio's journey and decided to do it, maybe I can too?"

So I started building tiny startups and writing about it.

2021 and 2022 were quiet, but I was having fun.

Everything changed in 2023 when I launched ShipFast and made my first million.

Building something people finally paid for and enjoyed made me so happy.

My first 5 years of failures taught me not to get emotionally attached to a project, because everything goes to 0 eventually.

So I just kept shipping.

It's 2026, and I've launched 36 startups.

50% never made money.
Only 11% made decent money.

Back in 2016, when I started, I believed I would make it.

If I had known it would take 7 years of failure, I probably would never have started.

That's why I'm stupidly optimistic.

I don't think in years. I don't dream big.

I think in weeks. I build tiny projects fast. And I quit even faster.

That's how I wake up happy, enjoy the journey, and eventually build life-changing projects.

If you've been following the journey, thank you. You've given my posts a sense of purpose, which has kept me going, and I'm very grateful for this. ❤️

Sunday well spent with my fav habibis @marclou and @wonjitos 🫶

Marc’s meetups are always on another level: inspiring conversations, great energy and the chance to connect with amazing like-minded people like @mubeenchatthaa, @david_attisaas, @hamzehaq7, @mostafa_nasserx and so e time.

If you ever get the chance to join one, do it!
Even if it means flying in or changing your tickets to make it happen.
Trust me, it’s worth it! ✨

Thanks @Avi31m and @cognition for organizing! 🫶
Wow it was the biggest meetup so far!! 🤯

Almost 300 entrepreneurs showed up.

I shared a little story about my failures, and we did live QnA and landing page roasting.

When I asked people how many made at least $1, more than 50% raised their hands 👏👏

Thanks to @Avi31m and for organizing everything. And thanks to all of you for coming today. The energy was awesome ❤️

I spent the last 48 hours rotating passwords, adding 2FA everywhere, and spawning agents to audit all my startups' codebases.

I tried to brute-force my own code, but, of course, OpenAI and Anthropic models wouldn't let me.

I also ordered a YubiKey for myself and to apply to am.

I called my family and told them to do the same (rotate pwd + add 2FA).

Black October was the tip of the iceberg, I think.

🎉 4-figure MRR club for MailCheap.AI 🎉

It took 10 days.

For the record, it took DataFast 3 months to reach $1K MRR (now at $30K MRR). So MailCheap is 9x faster!

I forgot to wish DataFast a happy birthday 🥳

The initial growth was really slow (8 months to $3K MRR), but I'm happy I pushed through because it taught me so much!

After this year's growth, it has plateaued at ~30K MRR and is tracking ~220M page views per month.

It's a great a SaaS is hard and takes time.

I don’t like the iPhone Duo

1. It’s hard to open

It kept opening the camera because the button is right where my thumb needs to press to open the fold.

2. It’s cumbersome.

The folded mode is thick and large. It felt like holding a brick. The unfolded version is like an iPad. You need 2 hands.

3. I don’t see the purpose.

There’s nothing more I can’t do on my phone. And I’m already too addicted to it.

I’m always pro tech, but I just don’t understand this new product
I went to see the iPhone Duo today.

Like any entrepreneur, I opened my website to check if it was responsive on the new viewport.

I was horrified by what I saw.

My website was completely broken.

I immediately opened Cursor on my iPhone 15 and asked my agent to “fix this ation was critical.

While my agent was dealing with the emergency, I went to check out the M5 MacBook Pro.

A few minutes later, I returned to the Duo and reopened my website.

Everything was fixed.

I could finally breathe again.
