My first animated YouTube film got 16 views on day one.
Then 187, 5.5K, 17K, 48K, 111K, 213K, and 301K by day 9.
94% came from the home feed, not search. It opens with someone hitting snooze, and 83% were still watching at 10 seconds. I think that's why YouTube kept pushing it.
Rejections leak information to agents. In AgentFront, placing a mine used to fail if a hidden enemy mine was on that tile. The error told you where the invisible mine was. Fix: one mine per team per tile. Never refuse an action because of something the player can't see.
