Every 1-1 rep for Illinois iDL James Thompson Jr on Day 1 at Shrine.

Dominant.

I asked James Thompson about the #Illini defensive touchdown in the third quarter. Joe Barna forced the fumble, Thompson tried to jump on it but it was Leon Lowery who came up with it in the end zone.

"I was trying to scoop and score... I owe Leon... saved my butt on that one." rred to Illinois together from Wisconsin.😂

They all say it wasn't planned, but three Wisconsin defensive starters transferred to #illini for similar reasons.

"All three of us felt the same way."
