This is a common refrain; Arabs have contributed this and that. Those Arab’s she speaks of did their work in the west, which still utilizes rationalism. If she wants to go back to antiquity, sure. However, look at Arab society now.

They lack any intellectual capital and rely on the West. They cannot build nor educate for themselves. Until recently, manual labor and service industry work was see as beneath them. There was, and still remains, a somewhat aristocratic attitude among many Arabs.

I used to review officer-involved shooting reports generated by a D.A. explaining the decision to exonerate officers, and recall often thinking “I mean, could that *really* be how it went down?” I suspected there may be some fog of war or selective memory or post-hoc justification to give the officer a rational justification and paint the victim in a negative, irrational light.
But with the post-2020 adoption of body cams, I now believe it all. There is no behavior too insane for a huge number of suspects when confronted with literally any command by an officer requesting some form of compliance.
Even I thought body cams would shine a light on some substantial percentage of clear officer abuse, but it’s clearly negligible, while dangerous and erratic behavior by suspects is widespread. It is impossible to overstate how wrong BLM and reform activists were on this count.

The CPS budget has done nothing but balloon while enrollment has dropped. We actually have a school that are fully staffed and supported yet with only 27 students. It’s not the only one. For all that, test scores are abysmal.
Illinois promised to fully fund our public schools by 2027. We're almost there, and CPS is still$1.9 BILLION shortof what the state's own formula says our students need.
That means schools without enough nurses, educators facing layoffs, and students losing critical services and Johnson has proposed directing approximately $286 million in TIF surplus funds to CPS. Now it's time for Gov. Pritzker and the Democratic supermajority in Springfield to step up and fund our schools.
The Illinois General Assembly returns for veto session November 17, with its final scheduled day on December 3.If lawmakers fail to deliver the additional funding our schools need, CPS could face another round of devastating cuts, furloughs, and layoffs as soon as January.
