Calling this “unanimous” is a little misleading. There was an amendment to remove B&R from the drafting effort which failed, and the minority voted to pass the base resolution by unanimous consent as a way of showing magnanimity in defeat.
At B&R’s 2026 convention, we voted to join the draft for and support an AOC presidential campaign. We believe her campaign has the potential to build the labor movement, the student movement, and DSA.
