LESSON 02/37 – STRATEGY BEGINS WITH DIAGNOSIS OF THE CENTRE OF GRAVITY.
In 37 years of service, I learnt that many problems persist not because people lack solutions, but because they have misunderstood the problem.
The temptation is always to act quickly, prescribe a solution y.
For a strategy to be effective, it's preparation must start with investigating and indentifing the centre of gravity of the problem - the final root cause of the problem or its source of power to continue. If you get the CoG wrong, the problem and the enmity will continue to exist.
Maa Yamuna's Yamuna Action Plans are an example. Since 1993, as per some estimates, ₹ 30,000 crores has been spent, yet Maa Yamuna is just a nala in Delhi.
Don't rush to solve what you have not yet understood.
The quality of your diagnosis determines the potential of your transformation.

To everyone commenting that NZ is a Kashmiri Pandit, wokes have no ideology or community loyalty.
Her father, MKR, was an editor-in-chief at a news agency associated with PTI, and she hardly had any distinguished qualifications that would explain the position she eventually landed in.
She also did not experience the 1990 exodus that most Kashmiri Pandit families went through - family had long back settled in Delhi.
The woke elite and Richie Rich circles across communities are often quite indifferent to the social norms and cultural boundaries that ordinary people hold on to.
Look at the Diwali party pictures doing the rounds on the TL, wedding photographs and other parties.
They happily attend each other’s festivities and marry within their elite networks, despite supposedly holding ideologies that are worlds apart.
So, a humble request: stop dragging an entire community into an individual’s choices or conduct.
If you’re willing to come forward with your real name and regional identity, I can easily name ten people from your own community who are equally capable of being morons. 😂

As I have raised on several platforms earlier, while we at Mata Kheer Bhawani Tikker are striving to redevelop and preserve this sacred Sanatan heritage through our own limited resources, there is one major issue that continues to affect not only us but many devotees and the restoration of temples and Ashrams across Kashmir.
For every reconstruction or repair work, timber is an essential requirement for roofing, traditional wooden structures, and other architectural works. Unfortunately, we are being compelled to procure timber at unaffordable market rates, whereas several other religious institutions receive subsidized timber through government provisions linked with BPL benefits.
Whenever we approach the authorities, we are informed that such support cannot be extended to us because many among us are considered “temporary card holders” outside the Valley. Both the Central and State systems, unfortunately, continue to push us back on technical grounds rather than supporting the preservation of this ancient spiritual heritage.
This is precisely why, despite our best intentions, we are often forced to reuse old and damaged timber while rebuilding these sacred structures.
