Congratulations to Lab Alumni @StanleyDennis50 who’s all Junior Saint Peter’s Prep Dline led NJ Non-Public’s in Sacks and TFL’s.

Keep an eye on Stonehill’s @tyleramato91 Amato this fall. He spent the entire offseason learning how to further dissect and defeat offensive lineman. One of the best swipe technique players I’ve ever coached.

Seeing endless videos of DL using endless hand techniques to defeat OL who punch when in reality more OL are staying patient. At The Lab we teach our players to read and react. We don’t have a plan, we have eyes and tools that we employ to combat what we see.

Camp opens on Monday and one thing I’m sure of, @g_wangboje will be ready.

Seeing reams of videos of D-linemen practicing hand moves like hand over, swipe and side scissors. At The Lab we don’t attempt these moves without developing the underlying patterns to these movements. Our guiding principle is lay the foundation before you build the house.

Absolutely outstanding video of how to coach defensive line strategy. Play with your eyes first .@coachjfranklin

Looking forward to Coaching at Trench Lineman Camp on Sunday March 29th. Who knows? The next Rashan Gary, Will Fries or Quentin Nelson may be there!

After training players who played for @coachjfranklin he invited me to practice and gave me access to the PSU facility.

He encouraged me to demonstrate my unique coaching style to his staff and offered me invaluable advice. I was an unknown coach but he took the time to care.

My heart is completely broken after hearing of the loss of my spiritual brother @TodderickHunt.
He was pure love and dedicated his life to help others realize their dreams. To know him was to know there was still goodness in the world. Rest easy Big Guy.

Joe Rogan: "If you're clinging on to this left versus right, the culture war arguments, you are getting caught up in their game. Most people want the same thing. They want to be healthy. They want their family to be healthy and happy. They want to have a pursuit that they enjoy. r community, and enjoy their loved ones."

One of my proudest moments as @StanleyDennis50, one of my favorite students invited me to St Peters Prep where he’s now a defensive line coach teaching his players techniques he learned at The Lab. His players are fortunate to have such a dedicated coach.

What a pleasure it is to work with @g_wangboje. Incredibly explosive and can change direction in tight spaces. He’s becoming lethal as he learns to incorporate martial arts hand techniques into his base techniques. Sacred Heart University has themselves a player!

Congrats to @austin_hooey for accepting an offer to play for Columbia University. Austin’s dedication to his craft at offensive line will serve him well both on the field and beyond.

Couldn’t be prouder of @tyleramato91 who graduated Seton Hall Prep and is now attending Stonehill University on a full ride scholarship. Tyler became a defensive line force by paying attention to the details and mastering some very sophisticated defensive line techniques.

Individual OL/DL sessions available in Red Bank area. DM me if interested.

Here’s Glory Stephen Wangboje from Sacred Heart U employing excellent technique, jab step/inside block/swipe/rip to with this rep. At The Lab we drill each element of this move extensively, at it’s most basic level to achieve outstanding results. Great job Glory!

Congratulations to @willfries55 for his incredible achievements which were rewarded today by the Minnesota Vikings. Can’t wait to watch him battle it out with Division rival @RashanAGary just like they did at The Lab!

Live near Red Bank NJ? There are a few slots left for elite OL/DL
training. DM me if interested.

Great drill. Need to encourage stances with a flat back. Both lineman are coming straight up out of their stances on this video.
