The allocator_api feature has been stabilized!

@rustaceans_rs Finally, time to update my own allocator collections. I currently have, fixed size non atomix arena, dynamic non atomic arena, then the atomic variant of them for multithread usage, then the memmap backend versions with preallocated 512 mb virtual address, paged version, etc 🤣
