First graded stakes win in Australia!

If you come by the @resracingky farm, please excuse our construction. This week we broke ground on a 150 acre expansion to the farm bringing total acre to right at 1400.

The current project includes a third yearling barn with 20 stalls, 50 acres of new paddocks, a 14 stall ses and a rehab facility. All coming in 2027!

And yes we are still planning to start the training center but we have mares that need stalls for the babies (according to @chelseyshea) that will be here soon so we have to prioritize.

The whole team @resracingky is cheering for Gavin and know that he will end up doing great things.

I threw a lot at the team in a short period of time and I am appreciative of Gavin and his contributions to helping us get the farm started.

Everyone in this industry is not always nice to people that are new to the industry and Gavin has helped me and been a good friend since I bought my first horse.

I will be forever grateful.
