.@maticrobots Hey, how about giving options for Matic to whistle while it goes to work, or back from work, or make noises like R2D2 while it's working? I love my Matic.

Nothing’s more frustrating than trying to explain to your left-leaning friends that their entire worldview is based on a series of well funded scams.
What are the odds those tiki torch carrying neo-Nazis from Charlottesville would only rally once? Feels like it was an American intel op against Trump. That’s my working assumption.

Somehow it was learning how many people are fulltime employed to maintain the Golden Gate Bridge that flipped something inside of me in my understanding of the entropic force civilization has to constantly fight against. Before that moment I thought — I had not applied real simply build a building or anything really and then you just … have it. After that I understood everything is constantly at the brink of being lost.

We've spent 30+ years and infinite money on injecting fashionable nonsense into school curricula, based on nothing but the vibes of the Ed school professoriate, and the incontrovertible empirical evidence from Mississippi proves what a total fucking waste all of it was
wrote today about how even if you've heard of Mississippi's surge in reading scores, you're probably underestimating it:

I've been asked about the LA wildfire donation scandal.
Here's the truth: it's standard operating procedure. In most nonprofits, only a small fraction of your donation reaches the front lines.
If this qualifies as a scandal, then the entire nonprofit sector is a scandal.
eat this as an isolated case; they should treat it as a call to overhaul a broken, opaque system.
The graph below shows the 501(c)(3) grant network for the Barack Obama Foundation. But it could be almost any major nonprofit. They all look like this.

BREAKING - It has been revealed that the $100 million raised for Los Angeles fire victims was funneled to over 188 NGOs, many unrelated to the fire, including a musicians’ charity and an NGO whose whole entire job is to raise money for other NGOs.

Hey, @firefox ... when you get popup alerts from a website, maybe add a line at the bottom "this is a pop-up alert from a website, click here to unsubscribe". I accidentally allowed alerts from a website that an ad on the page created and it sent very convincing virus warnings. Took a lot to figure out it was alerts and even more to figure out how to turn them off.

The New York Times has had its reporters analyze and annotate every aspect of the famous leaked Signal conversation. But when they get to the part which explains the naval & maritime situation which is driving everything, they have nothing to offer. @johnkonrad

Nothing impresses me more than the fact that nearly every democrat/media Trump outrage news cycle relies almost entirely on their certainty that their audience will never be curious enough to want to know the context of a twenty second rupar clip.

One of the weirder side effects of having AIs more capable than 90% then 99% then 99.9% then 99.99% of humans is that it’ll become clear how much progress relies on 0.001% of humans.

France organized an election involving 50 million voters on 5 continents in 3 weeks and we'll have the definitive results a few hours after polls close. Just a reminder that how things work, or rather do not work, in the US is not normal and that it shouldn't be a partisan issue.

The sitting POTUS cannot explain how he became wealthy on a government salary - how it is he has 4 homes and all that - but his predecessor faces over 100 years in prison for paying nuisance $$ to a whore on legal advice and then letting his accountants book it as they saw fit.
