Just a point on Jason Wilcox, no opinion good or bad from me, but when people talk about needing "Football Men" to make "Football Decisions":
- Premier League Winner
- 350+ Premier League Apps
- England Internationalist
- UEFA Pro Licence Coach
- Head of City Academy
- Southampton Technical Director
- Man Utd Technical Director

If people understand Data, Recruitment/Talent Identification & People; they can be successful in the Director/Recruitment roles regardless of playing experience👌

Putting up a video, lying about the score at the time & hiding the real scoreboard (2-0) to get engagement is the virus of the new revenue sharing system

The fact he runs off claiming yet another goal he didnt get a touch in is utterly embarrassing

Segecic 🫡
2. Midfielders

xA per 90 vs xG per 90

Moylan is the clear outlier on xG for a midfielder. Willock and Léo Scienza do both jobs, creating and getting into shooting positions.

Fer López and Segecic are the two young names to watch. Both above average on both metrics.

Imagine threatening modifications because it makes your game better...

Similarly to FIFA, we just want a decent career mode & leave the online gaming for the kids 🤣

🚨 BREAKING: Konami threatens strict action against #eFootball modding ⚠️

Championship Client Consistency

Alex Robertson was clearly passing the eye test but it's brilliant to see his hard work and dedication to developing into a Top Midfielder be matched on the data metrics:
- #1 Midfielder for Progressive Passes
- #2 Overall for Progressive Passes
- Top 90% of Passes Completed

The slightly lower pass completion context is excellent because he is such an aggressive passer:
- 19 Chances Created
- 119 Line-Breaking Passes

In Man City's Academy, Pep Guardiola thought Alex Robertson best position would be as a "Number 6" & as per, Pep's right.

12-months ago Alex wasn't in the Cardiff City Starting XI & now on return to Championship, is currently performing very well.

Long May it Continue 📈
Progressive Passes / Pass % :

Alex Robertson has caught the eye in midfield for Cardiff City.

He's comfortable on the ball, passes very well and dictates the tempo of the game. So far, he's 2nd in progressive passes, offers security and he's performed well in creative metrics.

Hugo Burcio v Celtic

Felt the 19yo CM properly stood out today, first time I've seen him & another advert for Spains B-Team System.

At 19, this is his 1st season with Celta First Team but has already racked up 50+ Competitive Starts.

Against a midfield with a German & Swedish Internats
• 2 Chances Created
• 100% Final Third Passing (13/13)
• 96% Pass Completion (46/48)

One to keep an eye on 📈

Celta Vigo don't have lots of rotations in their 3-4-3 but the basics are beautiful; Ball Speed on Pass; Technique on 1st Touch & Runners Beyond

Frels like Celtic, every pass is underhit, players having to wait & allowing pressure

Arsenal 2nd Goal v Bayern

Are you not entertained?

For the 2nd Goal v Bayern, I seen lots of the original Mikel Arteta; The Rotations, The Freedom & The Attacking Intent:
- Inverted FB's
- Timbers Freedom
- Lovely 3rd Man Combinations
- Rice Attacking the Space
- Lovely Run and of of Jurien Timber's Freedom is so vital:
- RB into LWB
- Underlaps Eze Creating Space
- Rotates to CF and Occupying Upamecano

A Very Watchable Arsenal 👏
