Quebec intentionally sets its power rates well below market so that it can collect equalization from Alberta.

It’s effectively a double subsidy.

Carney and Zelensky signed a 100 year partnership between Canada and Ukraine.
Are these the “values” he wants to align with?
And can you guess how many Canadians media outlets are reporting on this?
ZERO.
A torture chamber of Zelensky was uncovered near Kiev, where over 40 mobilised men were held captive by Ukraine's National Guard. The youngest victim was reportedly just 14 years old. There is now great outrage and riots in Ukraine against the henchmen of Zelensky and NATO.

Carrie Tait, Globe and Mail’s Alberta politics reporter, confidently diagnosing “opposition particularly coming from the West” to a Canada-EU associate membership deal—while admitting she doesn’t really know the details either

None of them do. The public doesn’t. The pollsters here’s a national correspondent on CBC explaining how Western Canadians feel about a still-undefined arrangement whose actual trade-offs (regulatory alignment, legal changes, sovereignty costs) haven’t been spelled out

Classic CBC journalists as panelists. Strong opinions, zero specifics. The West is apparently opposed to something nobody can describe yet. Perfect 🤦‍♂️ @CarrieTait

What motivated a Red Deer RCMP officer to act like a censorious thug?

On the evening of Aug. 3 in Red Deer, Alta., there was a noticeable police presence in Kenneth Pamburn’s neighbourhood. Pamburn decided to videotape the shenanigans. Just one hitch: RCMP officer Derek Haight ing his efforts, for reasons that remain mysterious. After all, it is not against the law to record the police in public.

And so it was that Officer Haight announced via loudspeaker that everyone had to stop filming the police.

Alas, Pamburn did not comply. And shockingly, he was arrested for obstruction of justice — even though Pamburn wasn’t obstructing anyone and was filming from a distance.

Nevertheless, Pamburn was cuffed, tossed in the back of a police cruiser and detained for about two hours. He also had his property confiscated, including his car keys and his cellphone. As false arrests go, this one was absolutely outrageous and egregious.

Indeed, in the weeks that followed, the obstruction charge was dropped. It wasn’t a matter of a low likelihood of conviction, but rather that Pamburn did not break any laws in the first place.

But the story did not end there. After Pamburn posted his video chronicling the incident on YouTube, Red Deer RCMP went after the social media giant. The Mounties demanded the video be removed. Not for defamation, but rather because Officer Haight was allegedly suffering from hurt feelings due to some impolite remarks in the comments section! Amazingly, YouTube acquiesced and deleted the video!

Check out our interview with Kenneth Pamburn, who is now considering a civil lawsuit against the RCMP.

It should be noted that Rebel News reached out to RCMP media relations as well as the media relations department of Google, YouTube’s parent company. We also reached out to Officer Haight. No one responded to our requests for comment.

Shameful.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
EDGEWOOD, British Columbia - Nov 2, 2026

Universal Ostrich Farms Files Multimillion-Dollar Lawsuit Over Unlawful Raids and Seizures

Universal Ostrich Farms Inc. and Landco Ventures Inc. have officially filed a multimillion dollar civil claim in the Supreme ia against the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), the Attorney General of Canada, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

The lawsuit arises from a series of aggressive and intrusive regulatory actions that culminated in an invasive 52-day occupation of the plaintiffs Edgewood, B.C. farm property, the forced slaughter of their ostrich flock, and the destruction of a commercial
enterprise.

Key Allegations and Causes of Action:

• Unlawful Search and Occupation:
On or about September 3, 2025, the CFIA and RCMP obtained search warrants based on an affirmation by Heather June Willis. The defendants entered the property without prior notice, leading to a continuous, months-long 24-hour occupation, during which
they erected massive hay-bale "kill pens", disabled surveillance systems, restricted
access, and secured airspace restrictions.

• Inadequate Statutory Compensation:
Under the Health of Animals Act, the CFIA ordered the slaughter of 314 ostriches (out of 351 birds on site) and denied all compensation.

• Animal Cruelty and Missing Birds:
The claim highlights inhumane handling during slaughter operations contrary to internal guidelines and common law, alongside numerous birds going missing without proper inventory or chain of custody.

• Unlawful Seizure of Ostrich Eggs:
In 2025, the CFIA seized an unspecified number of ostrich eggs without lawful authority or compensation. These eggs served as the core input for Universal’s proprietary dietary supplement and pill product, which was poised for a commercial market launch generating projected revenues exceeding $200,000,000. The seizure permanently destroyed this enterprise.

• Property Damage and Trespass:
The plaintiffs seek damages for trespass, nuisance, intrusion upon seclusion, and permanent real property devaluation.

Relief Sought from the Court:

• An order requiring the defendants to remove all encroachments and remediate the property.

• A complete accounting and return or compensation for all removed documents, materials, birds, and eggs.

• General, special, punitive, and exemplary damages for trespass, harassment, intrusion upon seclusion, negligence, and Charter breaches.

Official Statement from John Catsimatidis – US

November 2 ,2026

"I was disappointed that the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) did not have enough respect to allow Secretary Kennedy, Dr. Oz, or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), one of the world's leading health agencies, to test the ostriches as they had requested.

This would have put everything to rest between the United States and Canada, which may have been a contributing factor to other things.

It's a shame the CFIA did not listen to well respected professionals. Instead, the CFIA destroyed the ostriches and their eggs without allowing any testing, and without proof that the birds were infected, which created many doubts amongst the two countries.

I hope we can put it behind us and have our two countries work closer together like we
always have."

OFFICIAL MEDIA STATEMENT — KAREN ESPERSEN & KATIE PASITNEY | UNIVERSAL OSTRICH
FARMS

"As we mark one year since the devastating destruction of our 351 ostriches on November 6–7, 2025, we honour their lives, our family's 35-year legacy, and the people around the world who continue to stand with us.

This memorial week, we have filed our civil lawsuit seeking justice, accountability, and meaningful policy change. Virus control and animal cruelty should never go hand in hand.

Science must come before destruction, and government power must never be above accountability.

The outcome at our farm does not erase responsibility. When enforcement shortcuts due process, everyone becomes vulnerable. If we fail to learn from this tragedy, we risk allowing it to happen again.

This lawsuit is about more than compensation. It is about protecting rights, demanding transparency, and ensuring no other family or animals endure what we experienced.

We cannot bring back our 351 ostriches, but we can fight to ensure their suffering was not in vain.

Their voices were silenced, but their legacy will drive change."

Dear Vince,
I voted for Premier Smith based on the Free Alberta Strategy. Instead of implementing it, the UCP offered excuses, gave us redundant town halls and a questionable referendum that was used to consolidate power, resulting in my MLA being censored to speak out regarding ndependent Alberta.
I can’t help but think that the Free Alberta Strategy was never the plan. It was the bait for me to vote for the UCP. The real plan was to deliver Alberta to Carney, who, in turn, will deliver Canada to the globalists at the EU.
If you wish to earn my vote and renewed membership, I would have to see a premier who is serious about the initial platform. Not words, no more town halls, no more excuses, no MOUs, no fear tactics, no moving of the goal posts, no crumbs, and no censorship.
Just some serious action that would also include a complete reverse on advancing the vaccine policy.
If Premier Smith is unable to do this, the membership deserves a leadership review. If the UCP is unable to offer its members a leadership review, expect a decrease in membership and votes.
In case you haven't heard, I'm running for Vice President of Membership on the UCP Provincial Board! Our membership is way down, and I'm determined to hit the ground running to reverse that decline. I've got a bunch of ideas, but I'd really like to hear yours! Check out my new website: vince4vp.ca

Never in the history of mankind has a Christian been allowed to walk into Afghanistan, Iran, or any other Muslim country ruled by Sharia law and run for office on Christian values. They would be executed for it.

Yet we allow people who believe in that same system to come here, live here, and run for office to represent us.

That is not tolerance. That is national suicide.

The Canadian Government is regularly claiming it has one of the lowest net debt to GDP ratios. It's counting CPP as a government asset. CPP belongs to the citizens who put their money into it, not to the government.
