Ended just +1R on the day on stream today. +21R running total on stream the past month.

Today's trades: -3R, +2R, -1R, +3R

One thing I know after all these years, if you want to make it in this field, you have to understand trading is a dance of punching and blocking

When conditions are tough, which imho these past two weeks have been, you have to manage your capital and block.

When your edge does appear, and it will, you punch and capitalize on upside.

But you can't have the running upside phases if you don't even block when punches are thrown. Try to skip this phase or think you can be the exception, you will be humbled over and over again

Probably the cleanest 10k I have ever made

14 trades. Average winning trade of $788

This account has been taking the extra patient entry which means it has missed a decent amount of trades. But also dodged a fair amount of unnecessary losses. But even when losses come, and ey will be very mitigated.

Definity expect these stats to even out more over next couple weeks. But with unique capital management strategies, you can optimize at least the probability of getting your best entries.

I trade what I teach, and I teach strategies that keep accounts alive. The one superpower my strategies offer, is you will never take an individually large loss; but large wins are certainly and statistically possible.

Arena doors were indeed open.

Focus.

Execute.

Cap the week.
Focus is in short supply.

And you need more of it.

You scroll and get an abundance of fleecers trying to fleece, prop firm affiliate sites fighting each other, affiliates promoting some plans they couldn鈥檛 even trade successfully themselves, and traders fighting other traders

Meanwhile the arena doors are sitting wide open. Get down out of the crowd and enter through them 馃毆

Maintain a life of pursuit, and treat distractions like disrespect

New York was a special kind of difficult today. Very hard to have a draw on liquidity

These are the type of days it's more important than ever to maintain ice cold risk control.馃

Two trade ideas took losses today and a third trade (10am fade) was able to pull out a win (Trade days are annoying, I appreciate the opportunity to show those who watch me live manage my risk and emotions in real time when delivery is extra challenging

Very rare I trade Asia. But carving it up a bit tonight on this MFF Pro +$8,500

Q3 inverse long (Bread and butter model)

Flipped short at the volume imbalance to target the wickless (Tight risk)

Then a long (a bit more risk using a portion of profits made on first two trades up) to target a move back to previous day low

Most traders stop trading when the yare green, and keep trading when they are red. I prefer to press the gas. But...always will cap my max downside regardless

This is why so many traders fail. They can't accept the uncomfortable feeling of accepting losses.

Today was a great example (shown live on the screen in real time of course) the importance of risk and capital management to maintain a statistical edge of profitability over many am +5R. However, I started off with three -1R losses

Stayed calm and just waited for more opportunities. I know over a period of many trades, statistics will play out because I have a system I can rely on.

Does it feel good taking a loss? How about 3 losses in a row? Absolutely not. These emotions are uncomfortable

But you know what feels worse? Not accepting controlled losses and losing your account before you can then catch +8R in a row after these three losses.

Are you setting yourself up for success or for a setback?

The indicators of success and failure are lagging and eventually show up seemingly overnight

Most people try to see how much they can get away with instead of pushing themselves to raise their standards.

Success and failure are lagging indicators based on the standards you set for yourself

When you are under a stressful situation do you rise to your ambitions? Or do you fall to your standard behavior and impulse?

Its easy to rise your ambitions when things are going your way. But you will always fall to your standards when you face the test of stress.

It鈥檚 going to require you sacrificing short term comfort. But the lagging indicator theory of these sacrifices yields the reward.

If you try to reap the rewards without the standards, the lagging indicator theory will also play out, and revert you right back to square one.

Look. Listen to me and listen to me good. Let me help you filter "trading mentors":

Do they trade live positions on the stream screen consistently? (Not on the side or different window)

No? Swipe left
Yes? Swipe right

Do they trade live positions on the stream screen consistently the exact same way they talk, preach, and teach?

No? Swipe left
Yes? Swipe right

Do they trade live positions on the stream screen consistently the same way they talk, preach, and teach and show profitable outcomes using a measurable system over a long period of time?

No? Swipe left
Yes? Swipe right

If you swiped right three times, you probably have someone worth listening to and even paying as a mentor. If you swiped left at all, take everything you hear from them with a (large) grain of salt.

猸愶笍Bonus swipe: They can do > 10 pull ups

I'm not necessarily proud to be in the trading space.

I have a true passion for trading and treat it like an art.

The snakes, frauds, and wolf in sheep's clothing in this industry are pathetic. An absolute disgrace to the art of the skillset. As a seasoned trader I see right through it in a few minutes studying someone. But many get fooled.

Many people are getting fleeced; getting sold unrealistic expectations that can put them in financial ruin or make them believe they are doing something wrong not getting rich overnight.

Eventually many learn the hard way that truly profitable trading is actually uncomfortable most of the time and really not that flashy.

It's why I trade and teach live on the screen. You see the entries, the exits, the hesitation, the waiting, the losses, and the wins that make the system strong. You see in front of your eyes what it takes to make money.

If you are going to sell anything, flash payouts, or teach others in this field, your audience and clients deserve to watch the real thing with lessons being delviered unfiltered, in real time consistently.

Everything else can be gamed, edited, faked, and tricked in a very large handful of creative ways.

Choose very wisely who you look up to and who you take advice from. Don't be discouraged about your progress by the garbage you see on this platform. Ponder your mistakes and let them be your report card to success, brick by brick.

馃挕Remember this post because I will revisit it at a later date.

It makes sense that if you want to accomplish anything extrodinary, you will have to do things that an ordinary person will see as extra

To win in the arena you must do daily what most people only do occasionally

The Nasdaq arena doors opened and we captured a nice 3.5R trade live on stream

Took a small -1R loss, then capitalized on the +3.5R win. Using NY midnight inducement that price would return back up towards the 9:30am open/midnight

+22.5R in the last 12 streams. Traded and reen. The mission continues 鈿旓笍
