Jackson was a full participant in Wednesday’s and Thursday’s practices.

Lamar Jackson was a full participant for a second straight day.

Kyle Hamilton, Roquan Smith and Vega Ioane were all limited in their return to practice Thursday.

Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton returned to practice after missing Wednesday with an injured knee.

"It's getting better," he said.

Hamilton then added, "If I'm out there, I need to be putting good stuff out on tape. And me, myself personally, I don't think I did that. So it doesn't matter the situation I'm in. If I'm out there, I need to be doing my best to get the job done."

Kyle Hamilton acknowledged everyone is still trying to figure out where the Ravens are as a defense.

"It's something that you learn as you go through a season," Hamilton said. "Hopefully these will be seen as growing pains rather than just pains at the end of the year."

Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton said there were "very real grown man conversations" this week after Sunday's 35-13 loss to the Bengals.

"This season can go one of two directions and there's obviously a direction that we want to go in," he said. "So I think everybody took the steps this week to give us our best chance to do that."

Ravens right guard Vega Iaone wouldn’t say whether he will play Sunday at the Bills.

“I know my body. If I’m ready to go, I’m ready to go,” the rookie first round pick said.

Ioane sprained his MCL four days ago and was back on the practice field today.

The only Ravens player not practicing is safety Jaylinn Hawkins (knee).
