So we opted for a sheath with a stabilizing wire in the arm and a buddy reverse-curve catheter.

Extremely useful technique for unstable catheter systems in general (vascular and non-vascular).

I hope that this interview will help people that were never exposed to our point of view to be able to look at it differently. I went in with one intention which so to offer an everlasting reference to the root of the problem. I am sure there are a thousand other things to be said.
