First it couldn't take dirt and scratches, now it seems it can't take any drops without fucking breaking. But the tech youtubers be like "But it's a first gen device" as if that's valid excuse for piss poor build quality.
🚨 BREAKING: Tech channel PhoneBuff just released a drop-test video for the iPhone Duo
From the very first drop, the hinge mechanism jammed and couldn’t open fully flat.
By the fourth drop, the impact traveling through the body totally killed the inner screen, the left half ht half completely lost touch response.
Although the outer screen still works, the unfolding function is basically disabled.

Ah yes because boycotts totally work right? Don't forget that EA has sports games as well, you boycotting will have no effect.
Mass Effect fans are calling for a boycott of all EA products and services in protest of the company closing down BioWare and canceling the next Mass Effect game. bit.ly/4siIubW

The fact apple can charge 2k for this is a disgrace. Foldable phones are generally unreliable, but this takes the piss.
Apple's $2,000 iPhone Duo failed JerryRigEverything's durability test after debris jammed its hinge and bending damaged the inner display
The YouTuber praised its scratch-resistant exterior glass and matte inner screen, which made scratches far less noticeable

Remember when they did this for Fallout 76 and they developed mold
Whether you're patrolling the Capital Wasteland or the convention floor, the officially licensed Fallout T-60 Power Armor Wearable Helmet Replica puts Brotherhood of Steel-grade intimidation right on your shoulders — or rather, your head. @Fallout

Now you know why I don't like foldable phones.
Foldable iPhone Duo devices are reportedly breaking in large numbers, with displays failing along the hinge crease.
Buyers in Japan, China, Australia, and other countries have reported the same issue. In some cases, the display reportedly fails while the phone is still on symptoms are identical: after just a few days of use, a black line appears across the screen.

What a pussy can't take a little joke on the internet. Grow up. Tories are all cry babies.
A 15 year old in the UK was arrested by police and had his devices seized after posting jokes about a local councillor on Facebook
He posted an edited photo of the councillor with bunny ears, while the councillor says the posts were part of a wider pattern of online harassment

The fact that Bioware and Obsidian are/were able to get away with this is a disgrace. Makes me even happier Bioware got shutdown.
Based on recent news, if you were rejected from an art position at Obsidian in the past few years, call a lawyer – discrimination in hiring, esp for a Microsoft studio, can ensure you don’t need to apply for a job ever again.

Locked the replies lol. So yes I am garbage, congratulations 👏 you figured me out
I think ppl gloating in the comments and shitting BioWare for their late games are utter garbage.
Guys, they are closing. Whatever you think about DAV, MEA…it’s history. Not the prettiest one, with ups and downs, but dev team tried their best to give us good stories.
Have at least a little dignity to wish them well in the end.

You got community noted. Sit down.
@ImInYou6942069 脳みそが足りてない猿は黙っとけよCommunity noteWestern anime audiences grew largely from unauthorized VHS tape trading and fansubs in the late 1970s–80s. Official releases were scarce and often heavily edited. Fan clubs (e.g. C/FO) and early fansubbers (~1989) built the demand that later supported commercial licensing.

It's not about the price. It's about the access to the content. You tell them to get a job yet somehow they can afford an internet connection, electicity bills and a computer to download stuff.
じゃあいうけどさ、君らは何を「努力」した?
海賊版を探しだして指一つ動かしてダウンロードして遊ぶ努力か?

Ah yes I'll spend the hundreds on getting a passport, the thousands it costs to get flights, visa, accomodation, Insurance etc. Or instead they could just make that stuff easy to purchase legitimately in the west.... that would actually work.
日本人でも欧米人でも自国に売っていないものが本当に欲しいならその国に買いに行くんだ。
海賊版を入手する奴は費用を惜しんでいるだけだから客じゃ無い。
