Apple has released its repair price sheet for the iPhone Duo and owners should be prepared to spend some serious cash when things break.
Need to fix the back glass? $199. What about the rear camera? $229. Did you damage the inner display? Better get your wallet ready. While we the Duo just yet, the numbers make it clear this will be a difficult and expensive phone to fix. Read more at the link below.

Happy International Repair Day! 🛠️ We teamed up with Google to put ChromeOS Flex in more repairers’ hands!
We’re sending repair groups care packages with preloaded ChromeOS Flex USB sticks, iFixit tools, and repair materials. Because sometimes an old laptop doesn’t need new tware. ChromeOS Flex is Google’s free, lightweight operating system that can make older PCs and Macs fast and useful again.
The stick is reusable, so it lives in your toolkit and moves on to the next computer. And for every stick distributed, Google’s partnership with Closing the Loop’s One for One service collects an equivalent amount of e-waste from unregulated waste sites, sending it to certified recyclers that recover metals like gold, silver, and copper for reuse.

The Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 are both disappointments when it comes to repairability.
The Ultra 4's frustrating repair experience remains unchanged. The Series 12 sees improvements, sporting a stretch-release adhesive tab and a simpler display connection. But these if the only repair channel available for the Apple Watch is to take it back to Apple.
We think it's time Apple stepped up to the repairability plate. Read more at the link below.
