I went to look at the code. To their credit they posted code used in the paper. It's undocumented, with no guide or README to explain what was used where. Given the volume of data and analysis in this paper its hopeless to try to navigate it. 8/ github.com/cboix/admultir…

Critiquing a paper for the number of figures, ext figures & support figures is really weird. Just read the paper & point out any actual issues you find. Anyone can peer review a paper or preprint post "publication".
