SaaS tip that took me too long to learn:
Don’t chase features.
Chase the one problem your users complain about the most.
Solve that deeply → retention goes up → revenue follows.
What’s the #1 pain point your users mention?

AI won’t replace developers.
But developers who use AI will replace those who don’t.
I now write 2–3x more code daily with Claude + Cursor.
What’s your favourite AI coding tool right now?

Coding tip for indie hackers:
Stop over-engineering.
Ship the ugly version first.
Get real users.
Then improve.
Perfection is the enemy of progress.
