The complaint argues that the rules require personal financial records to be collected without suspicion of wrongdoing, while exposing customers to physical security risks should those records be leaked.
In its accompanying campaign, Bitcoin Austria warns that names and home addresses linked to crypto activity could help criminals identify potential targets for robbery or extortion, known as wrench attacks.

Tokenisation is still fragmented
$17 TRILLION worth of stocks now rejects TOKENIZATION.
7 more companies have objected to digital token versions of their shares on OKXICE:

Leading the list is JPMorgan, the world’s largest bank, with $5.2T under management.

That brings the total to 33 companies, worth roughly $17T, more than half the 62 OKXICE originally named.

No matter how farfetched the idea might be of the Treasury Department repricing its gold to create cashflows out of thin air, even a remote possibility that desperate governments will do desperate things is a reminder to always have real assets in the portfolio. On that note, I d by Bitcoin’s resilience. I think it will be eating gold’s lunch for a while, although I remain bullish on both.

‼️ PHP UPDATE: The Dutch parliament, the Dutch national cyber agency and Finland's central government have pulled websites offline ahead of the PHP patch.
Finland's state IT centre Valtori is shutting down public-facing central government web services. The National Land Survey own.
In the Netherlands, the Tweede Kamer, the NCSC and the Dutch Data Protection Authority are offline. So are tech site Tweakers and NotuBiz, which runs council information for 100+ local governments.
The University of Vienna switched off its websites, webmail and Moodle. The University of Freiburg and Finland's Haaga-Helia have taken services down too.
Fur Affinity, Pinboard, explain xkcd and every wiki on Miraheze are dark as well.
Valtori says its shutdown is a precaution, not the result of an attack or breach.

En 2027, l répond toujours : plus de dépenses pour calmer la rue, plus d'impôts pour financer les dépenses. Nouvelle « contribution exceptionnelle » sur les hauts revenus. La dette passe 3 500 milliards et personne ne s'en émeut.
Les chiffres sont devenus abstraits depuis longtemps.
2028. Les taux français décrochent de l'Allemagne. La BCE intervient, comme elle l'a toujours fait, en rachetant de la dette française pour contenir l'hémorragie. Sauf que cette fois, Berlin pose une condition : un programme d'ajustement. La France devient officiellement un pays sous surveillance.
2029. L'ajustement se fait. Mais pas dans le sens espéré. Les Français ne baissent pas leur train de vie, ils sortent du système. Un million d'auto-entrepreneurs basculent en liquide. Les épargnants qui avaient « sécurisé » leur argent sur une assurance-vie en fonds euros découvrent la loi Sapin 2 qui autorise le blocage de leurs retraits.
Ce scénario n'est pas une fiction. C'est l'Argentine en 2001. C'est la Grèce en 2015. C'est tous les pays qui ont vécu sous le socialisme.
