🦋 Freedom! No longer will you be subject to the tyranny of the file picker; you can now drag-and-drop into the chat interface.

🦋 We now ingest and process our interviews & your data in batches; this’ll improve performance and resiliency. Wahoo!
🦋 Speaking of ingesting and processing your data—we can now natively incorporate documentation about your products. Want to improve your messaging by incorporating customer language (our data) and tech specs (your data?). Go nuts.

🦋 Citations are cleaner, meaner, and more powerful than ever. Transcripts are cleaner & scrollable, summaries are standardized, and metadata is backfilled.
🦋 We rolled out Content Guidelines to a select group of customers—and cleaned up the Customization sidenav in the process. We’ll be pushing Guidelines out to other customers over the coming weeks—raise your hand if you want to skip the line and write in your company’s Brand-approved voice.

🦋 Sick of drag-and-dropping? That’s great timing—we just launched our Google Drive integration. Now you can analyze call transcripts, win loss research, and other useful data side-by-side with our interview dataset. Go wild!
🦋 A slew of bug fixes: share links will now consistently copy to your keyboard, long conversations names will now truncate appropriately, and users will be able to consistently see the trial banners depending on their permission level. Whew
🦋 Finally… keep an eye out over the next few days… your Citations experience is going to get some highly-requested upgrades.

🦋 Experience improvements abound! You can see your AnswerSLA in the Research Request tool. We’ve made performance improvements to Org Data querying. And… most importantly… there’s a new “New Chat” button. It’s technically the same as the old “Ask Compass” button, but it starts a new chat, and it’s explicit about what it does. Isn’t that nifty?

🦋 It’s not often that you get to announce a 100x performance improvement… but today is the day. Our RAG used to take ~0.5s to run after a query; now, it’s 5 milliseconds. Ridiculous!
🦋 The internal tooling used by our interviewers now has more functionality (summary edits & interview flagging). If you’d like to see it firsthand, ask us about joining the interviewer crew!

🦋 If you’re a human being with a keyboard (this is reflective of most of our users), you likely use it to create content. Compass will now create or update content for you ‼️ using your customers’ specific vocabulary‼️ . Check it out in Templates > Content > Create Content.
🦋 We did our first “silent feature” rollout. 🤫 We’ll ship some swag to the first user to guess the secret (and highly requested) new feature.
