You don't hate these people enough

In case you forgot:

This was the first coin @mikadontlouz launched last year

She already made 6 figures from it...

The Mika launch keeps getting worse.

First, @mikadontlouz allegedly leaked her private key. In 90 seconds, 500M $MIKA was swapped for 380 SOL

Then came a second token, with allegations that its dev wallet controlled 50% of the supply

Meanwhile, an onchain tracker flagged 8 the supply at launch

Now snipers are publicly bragging about $20K profits

Nothing proves it leak was staged, but the question remains:

Who made money from all of this?

AFTER THE COLLAPSE:

On Sept 4, @BartonPumpClips posted an interview about the same 17-month grind.

The $COPE account publicly repeated the story.

Plaintiffs allege Barton was paid by Pumpfun to promote content.

The underdog narrative kept circulating.

THE FAIR-LAUNCH CLAIM:

Alon described Pumpfun as an "unruggable fair launch" and an "even playing field."

The judge said those claims were concrete enough to be actionable at this stage; and potentially misleading if alleged insider access is proved.

THE RULING:

On Aug 31, two plaintiffs' civil RICO claims against Pumpfun's operator and 3 founders survived dismissal on execution-loss and fee theories.

Other claims were dismissed.

The $COPE allegations remain unproven.

What exactly made this "fair"?

THE SPIKE:

According to complaints, $COPE more than doubled within minutes of Orange's post and promotions.

Market cap rose 489% in under 24 hours, reaching ~$17M.

By the end of August, it had reportedly lost almost all that value.

THE MITCH STORY:

Plaintiffs allege Mitch sold $COPE early.

A promotional post then claimed he sold a $10 airdrop that would later have been worth $17,500.

The complaint says this regret narrative encouraged others to hold.

His motives are unproven.

I read the @Pumpfun RICO filings.

The $COPE allegations deserve a deeper look:

A 186-page complaint details alleged insider access, coordinated promotion and retail exit liquidity.

A judge allowed certain civil RICO claims to proceed.

Here are the receipts.

ORANGE'S POST:

On Aug 27, @OrangeSBS promoted $COPE as the payoff for 17 months grinding.

The filing shows the post, which had 25,900 views.

Plaintiffs allege it was part of a coordinated campaign.

Then the price moved.

WHO GOT IN FIRST?

The ruling recounts allegations that $COPE's contract address passed through private groups in tiers, with each tier buying before the next.

By mid-August, insiders had allegedly accumulated supply across wallets before public promotion.

THE ALLEGED COVER UP:

According to the complaint, the developer had launched multiple $COPE versions, sold his holdings and relaunched on new addresses.

Plaintiffs allege he was told to erase posts about earlier launches to preserve the 17-month story.

THE 17-MONTH STORY:

$COPE was promoted as an underdog story of a developer grinding for 17 months on a token nobody noticed.

Plaintiffs allege the story was chosen because it could make a sudden rally look like an organic community comeback.

I mentioned $LAUNCH being a copy and paste of @LaunchOnSF last week

It’s down over 93% since the post 💀

Started on Stonkfun, broke off and kept using Stonk’s branding to sell itself.

Now we see why original branding wasn’t their biggest priority lol…
A new launchpad started on Stonkfun and then decided to go independent

They’re STILL using @LaunchOnSF’s branding and messaging to promote themselves…

Isn’t this trademark infringement??

Here's the setup👇

Barsic is my chief of staff. Runs the team, briefs everyone and he only brings .

Dorian is my researcher, He scans Crypto X all day for stories under 4 hours old.

Sasha is my data analyst, She checks wallets and on-chain so every claim has a receipt.

Lionel is my growth lead, he turns the best story into a draft with a hook and tells me why a post flopped.

Nothing goes live without me. I pick the story, edit the draft and hit post.

PumpSwap’s 0.3% fee is a myth

According to Pumpfun’s own docs:

• Smallest tokens pay 1.25% fees
• Fees decrease as market cap grows
• 0.3% only applies above $10m MC

Over 4x more fees for smaller coins

Remind me, how many pumpswap coins actually ever go to $100M??
the docs bro
Before PumpSwap, graduated coins migrated to a Raydium V4 pool

Here's what a trade on a $100M+ coin costs in each:

Raydium V4 (old setup): 0.25% total

- 0.22% LP
- 0.03% to raydium
- 0% to pump
- 0% to holders/creators

PumpSwap (now): 0.3% total

- 0.20% LP
- 0.05% to pump
- 0.05% to holders/creators

Note: Holder Rewards/Creator Fees are the main difference, and were introduced far later than PumpSwap itself. These fees are higher at lower market caps and reduce as market caps increase based on the fact that high fee tokens are far less attractive to whales who speculate on higher market cap tokens

It was VERY important for Pumpfun to keep the fee UX as close to the OG as possible, as that's what the end user was used to and enjoyed.

The only difference is Holder Rewards/Creator Fees (which reward people for holding a token or the creator of the token) alongside an additional 0.02% fee for Pumpfun.

This did not "kill the runners."

So, the LPs are essentially the same, with the main difference being the rewards fee and an additional 0.02% fee for Pumpfun.

A major US gardening company is caught up in a @Pumpfun disaster

Here’s what happened:

• @KevinEspiritu and @epicgardening both added @seedscollect in their bios
• $SEED launches, graduates in 5 min
• 10 early wallets sent the dev 280 SOL
• The dev rugs, swaps 350 SOL to 8.5% from its peak
• @seedscollect posts “get farmed”
• Account becomes inaccessible

It all happened in just 38 min, Kevin has yet to make an official statement.

Is this worse than Kimchi / Carti?

The mask is slipping…🎭

Pumpfun’s 24h revenue is down 46% from its October 5 peak, from $1.89M to just $1.02M

Wash trading across the platform has been confirmed, so how much is even genuine activity?
Pumpfun is bleeding out:

• Volume: 37% below 30d average
• Weekly fees: −21%, $17M to $13M
• Daily wallets: −21% across October

Winning the launchpad wars means nothing once you shrink the market.

Unfortunately for them, you can't wash trade graduations into actual demand.
