About as good as it gets for late October tomorrow. Sunshine and 70F with a nice breeze. Make some outdoor plans! #wbz

I assume we will pay for this at some point but man what an amazing stretch we've had. Another week of it on tap. #wbz

Pretty wild that the water level in SoFla today was the same as when Hurricane Wilma was spinning by
South Florida is in the middle of the highest king tides ever recorded here. This morning reached the same major flood stage as Hurricane Wilma in 2005 sending water down streets from Miami to Fort Lauderdale and even flowed into some homes and businesses that weren't sandbagged.

Every week has had the same cadence recently. Brief cool shot as high pressure builds in, a cold night or two, then return flow back to mild. Rinse and repeat. Tonight is the bottom of this week's cycle...very chilly in the morning. #wbz

October of 2024 had the clearest/sunniest skies of any month on record in Boston
We might beat it this October. Nothing stands in our way except some scattered midday clouds tomorrow.

Only real complaint at the moment is the dwindling daylight situation. Same solar angle as Valentine's Day and solar winter (darkest quarter of the year) starts next week. #wbz

Some high tides thanks to the full moon/time of year. Peak tomorrow early afternoon
@ericfisher Grey’s Beach boardwalk this morning during king high tide. Not often there’s no marsh visible whatsoever.

If you're looking for anything wetter than a passing light shower, the next window doesn't look like it'll open until ~next Friday (Nov 6th). Crazy.

One of the better 2nd halves of October you're going to see around here. We'll see the rain again sometime in November. #wbz

Our dry streak in Boston should run to a minimum of 16 days, perhaps longer. Just a docile sunny 2nd half of October that's been great for getting outdoors. #wbz
