Here’s all of the animated TV series and projects I worked on as a Storyboard Artist in the go-go ‘90s.
Started my professional animation career with the X-Men in 1993. Ended it with the Avengers in 2000.
From there I moved permanently onto licensing gigs as an illustrator.

Really enjoyed Godzilla Minus Zero.
First film is still a more balanced and satisfying narrative but the Kaiju battle in this one cannot be beat and is incredible on the big screen.
I have my quibbles but will save save for another day.

A mechanism the big retailers need to deal with pre order cancellations is a back up plan to still get the product to the customer. As Target created for themselves for the first time this year with their Hasbro summer exclusive cancellations. They reactivated the orders later.

Pre orders getting cancelled by the big retailers is a distribution issue. Either because the vendor isn’t delivering the quantities required to fill preorders or because of retailer internal glitches in execution. Both are solvable. But it requires both parties to WANT to fix.
@dveese I get SO irritated when this happens, especially the times I COULD have gotten it elsewhere and CHOSE to get it from the place that ends up canceling on me...and to add salt to the wound, by then it's sold out everywhere. 🤬 It's def not working. And def needs an overhaul. 💯

Walmart, Target and Hasbro pre orders just don’t vibe.
They all repeatedly demonstrate they are doing it wrong and they need to sit down together and reassess how this should work.
Otherwise do away with pre orders altogether and just drop retail inventory when in hand.

Been meaning to mention/suggest the 1976 film NETWORK by director Sidney Lumet. Watched recently and blown away. Had always read this film was very prophetic about the future of corporate media and how we would consume it. And it is unnerving how accurate the writer was.

Cool to see a lost tv pitch but as someone who was working in the animation biz at the time I can see why any network passed. They would instantly think this was too scary for kids. Maybe not to a 10yo but very young kids would freak out.
LOST MEDIA: In 1993, an animated series titled ESCAPE FROM JURASSIC PARK was in development.
It was eventually cancelled before full production; however, not before a lot of work was done, including a pitch trailer.
At long last, that trailer has been unearthed.

No new recent additions.
It’s not really ML Avengers shelves tho…more like the Marvel U grouped by decades. ‘60s, ‘70s, then ‘80s along the bottom.
RDJ is just a multiverse anomaly.
