With Victoria decimated by corruption and extreme bad management, why would Jess Wilson not see this as a must amongst her policies? This makes no sense, if she want to be taken seriously as the next Premier in Victoria. This will give Victorians no confidence in her.

A big congrats to @TheValley @FlemingtonVRC who ever thought the Cox Plate would lack the atmosphere at Flemington shouldn’t have had a sleepless night. It is the Cox Plate after all. A fantastic crowd, the weather gods in their favour and a great finish. A wonderful historic JV.

A tribute to Mr Bob Peter’s, such a breeder for many years.
His jockey William Pike, a superb patient ride, he knows the horse so well & Ms leek, well done for her preparation of the horse to still have him so right on the day after a busy campaign ✔️✔️✔️

That is some day at the office @cmaherracing

D Lane showed why he is a world class jockey. Drew the outside barrier - took his time - didn’t rev his horse up - finish one off the fence and wins the race. Class act.

James Cummings get his first winner in HK, on his way now.
If I’m not mistaken what are The great John Moore’s racing colours. 👌

Young Jabez rode Mr Monaco like a man inspired @cmaherracing another massive day & it hasn’t finished yet. Grp3 for Jabez ✔️

The peninsula hwy in Victoria is an utter disgrace potholes up and down both sides.

By the looks of the smile on both faces, it must have been a good day at the office. Shatin 1989/90. Jockey’s room balcony that looked on to the track. My trainer / boss Brian Kan always splendidly dressed for racedays. Posted of Facebook yesterday, never seen this pic before.

Not a bad way to start a Sunday morning at Huntingdale GC

A great credit & gesture due to the @mrc_foundation honouring about 70 jockeys & trainers with Group 1 membership at Caulfield. The day brought together some from interstate that were able attend. A most enjoyable days racing and great to catch up some of the past greats.

My old mate Warnie just got the prize @mrc_foundation a quinella for @cmaherracing the ice man M Zarra cool as✔️

How does this government think these offenders view this.

What a surprise, our government blaming everyone, but not them - including the old chestnut ( the pandemic ) for tipping past 1 trillion in debt - Wow, apparently nothing to do with their crazy spending hands outs to other countries and can’t look after our own service people.

Halling, what a magnificent horse / stallion he was ⁦@godolphin⁩

Saturday morning at Cranbourne, rather foggy. He’s a lovely colt as you can see. Can’t tell you he’s name as the secret service at CMR might take me out 🔫 nothing for the press 😂

I just watched The Vincent O’Brien story on You Tube, it was brilliant.

It is easy to think one’s born too early but no I was lucky to have known names such as Sir Peter O’Sullivan, Brough Scott, Julian Wilson who voices I knew without looking during that piece. Just amazing really. Ben Sangster as well as Phonsie O’Brien.

Wayne, I remember introducing a young Lee Freedman to Dr O’Brien in the Irish bar at Royal Ascot. He was over the moon to meet the man he was in awe of. True story.
