Last video and I’ll be off your TL. I really am blown away with this Squire. I put my setup up against a plek machine any day. It’s becoming a passion of mine to work on guitars.
There were some high frets and the bridge was set too low. These are wood and things move with and polished the frets, adjusted the neck, and gave the neck some fret board conditioning oil. Switched the strings from 9’s to 10’s.
My hope is that this guitar will inspire my daughter to fall in love with it.
Don’t worry about the decal is n the headstock. If you want to play guitar there are some great affordable options.

@dstrausser83 appreciate the positive energy. On a blindfold playing this guitar would fool some people with the price point. I spent 2.5 hours on it last night. She’s already playing violin and teaching herself piano with some help from me. I marked all the keys with tape so she knows what all the notes are. Bought her a new violin for her concert coming up this week. This guitar is for Christmas. Giving her all the love I can. Build her confidence everyday.
