Mind Candy “The coach who solves every problem builds players who wait to be told. True confidence comes from being able to explain why something works. If you’re always the one explaining, your players never get that.” @usabasketball

USA Basketball Coach Academy - New York! @dshow23 kicking off the Sunday session in Queens!

🏀 Huge thank you to USA Basketball for another outstanding New York Coaching Clinic!

Year after year, they bring together some of the best coaches from every level to share their knowledge and help us grow in this profession.

I encourage every coach to earn their USA , explore the Coaching Academy video library, and, most importantly, attend a clinic whenever possible.

Coaches never stop learning! 🏀📚

Over 10 years ago, heard @dshow23 deliver this mind candy to a room full of USAB JNT players at Oct Mini Camp.

The lessons of what he shared still resonate with me in everything we do at Meadow Park. #Success
