I lost my beloved daughter Grace O’Malley-Kumar in the Nottingham attacks. She was a 19 year old medical student. She fought a marauding man almost twice her age armed with a dagger. She tried to protect a friend and paid the ultimate price. She placed,

IOPC: is this really all ok
- 6 uncharged offences
- a fractured back of a victim
- student being asked to withdraw complaint
- in custody no intimate forensic samples
- in custody no mental health review knowing 4 previous sections
- CCMeynell force WhatsApp group, viewing BWV, non-reportable briefing.
Delayed statement for Inquiry but applying for a new job with EMSOU ok, while on sick leave. Wasting tax payers money pursuing Notts Post.
- ACC Rob Griffiths- Notts Police couldn’t have done any more….VC on warrant for 9 months before. 1,300 people on warrant roaming the streets of Nottingham. Incompetent handling as Serious incident command.
- Leicestershire police officers lying they didn’t see arrest warrant.
- IOPCs own decision maker covering up his incompetence. Not being investigated properly or suspended for serious allegation against him
- Same decision maker has audacity to comment on Nowak case.
Worst of all being told by IOPC decision maker that capturing VC in Leicestershire would NOT have prevented Nottingham attacks.
Home Secretary above are only some of the IOPC failings. Do let me know when you want to hear the rest. I await your call.

Natalie what you must quote is the case of the Nottingham attacks; where I lost my daughter Grace, her friend Barney and Ian Coates.
Chief Constable Kate Meynell held a non reportable press conference and then disgracefully deployed tax payers funds to seek a childlike vendetta, an unjust wasteful retribution against the Nottingham Post, a fantastic paper that holds authorities in Nottingham to account.
IPSO threw out her complaint, as deserved. Yet she spent tax payer’s money on lawyers to go after the Post.
Ofcourse IOPC think this was all ok conduct by CC Meynell….it wasn’t ok or in anyway justified.

But madam they don’t provide answers into police failings…..they cover up as I have pointed out in the case of the Leicestershire officers who failed to arrest Calocane knowing there was a warrant for his arrest.
Please listen to what the families of victims have to say.
IOPC are not fit for purpose.

The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) has faced mounting scrutiny in recent years, with cases including the murder of Henry Nowak and the Nottingham attacks prompting questions about the watchdog’s effectiveness and whether it remains fit for purpose.
Amid wider ing of complaints and its ability to hold police forces to account, Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood told @PaulBrandITV she had full confidence in the body during an interview on November 2.

IOPC…..INCOMPETENT top to down as also recently proven by the unfortunate Nowak case.
I will post about our ‘common factor’ of IOPC failure in the Nottingham attacks and the Nowak case shortly.

I would like to apologize to Danielle & Anthony on behalf of the NHS; an organisation I work in.
You were expecting your beautiful daughter Maisie.
Sending you home after your ultrasound to book an appointment for delivery is what happens when we have lost all semblance of humanity as medical professionals in the NHS.
I have worked on a Labour ward, I have seen the heights of joy to the dept of despair……..
Yet another incompetent Trust and maternity staff to be looked into.

Yvette Cooper I would like your personal response statement to this case.
Account for the NHS action here….
A person tries to highlight failings and the NHS spend £11 million to try destroy him.
How many hip replacements or essential operations could we have provided for this money wasted….
Which Trust chief exec are you going to sack for this incompetence?

NHS SPENT 11 MILLION POUNDS TRYING TO PROVE ONE CARDIOLOGIST WAS WRONG
Dr Raj Mattu flagged 5 patients crammed into 4 bed cardiac bays at Walsgrave Hospital in 2001. A 35 year old died because staff could not reach him in time.
He told @BBC. The trust suspended him, reportedly tors, and sent over 200 complaints about him to @gmcuk. All 200 were rejected.
At the 2016 remedy hearing the trust's barrister called him greedy for wanting the compensation he was already owed, then suggested he retrain as a school teacher on 30,000 pounds a year.
He won. Around 1.22 million pounds, up to 2.5 million once tax was added. The legal fight cost the trust over 11 million in public money.
Patients died. He spoke up. The system spent a decade trying to prove him wrong instead of fixing the ward.

Our justice system isn't fit for purpose.
⚖️ “PRISON IS THE LAST PLACE FOR A BRIGHT LAD” - JUDGE SPARES 14-YEAR-OLD WHO STABBED GIRL 10 TIMES
A 14-year-old boy who chased a girl through a shop and stabbed her repeatedly after she rejected his advances has been handed a e teenager attacked the girl with a six-inch kitchen knife in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, leaving wounds to her neck, hands and face.
A shopkeeper who intervened was also stabbed.
The attack was described by police as frenzied and potentially fatal.
The boy had become obsessed with the girl, using fake social media accounts to contact her after she rejected him.
In March, he waited near a shop armed with a knife. When she again refused a date, he followed her inside and launched the attack.
He admitted wounding with intent, causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possessing a bladed article in public.
Despite describing the attack as premeditated, persistent and terrifying, Judge Ian Lawrie KC imposed a 12-month referral order and a three-year restraining order at Gloucester Crown Court.
The judge told the teenager he was a “bright lad” and said custody was the “last place” he should be, preferring a sentence focused on rehabilitation.
The court heard the boy had no previous convictions and that a psychiatric report suggested he might have autism.
He had spent three months in a secure unit before being released on bail ahead of sentencing.
The victim’s mother described the community sentence as “disgraceful”.
A girl was stabbed at least 10 times after saying no. The attacker avoided a custodial sentence.
His future may be the focus of the court’s decision. But the victim and her family are left to live with the consequences of what happened.
What message does a sentence like this send to victims of knife crime?

A contemptible failure to use normal judgment and common sense.
Judges start travelling on the buses, mingle with ‘the man in the street’, try walking down the high street, feel the public’s mood, feel the nation’s longing for proper justice.
The more you Judges get chauffeured around the more you lose touch with the everyday reality for people, the reality for families of victims, their pain, their suffering, their daily anguish.

This is unbelievable.
I read this with absolute horror and total disgust.
This cannot be happening in our country.
I’m at a total loss for words.
“The case was investigated by Lancashire Police but criminal charges did not follow”……why? ……could someone more qualified explain this to me.
As for all the organisations named that should protect the public…. failing…..and showing they are not fit for purpose.

A doctor rapes a patient.
The victim reports it.
THE DOCTOR ADMITS IT.
He tells a hospital committee that it was a "one off" and he will not do it again.
THE MANAGEMENT SAYS THAT IS OK.
And allow him to carry on working.
THE POLICE TAKE NO ACTION.
The hospital concerned is the BLACKPOOL VICTORIA HOSPITAL.
The same hospital where a 75 year old patient was raped to death and no one was ever convicted for it.
Are women worth nothing to the NHS?
