Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have significantly improved cularly for older adults, a rapidly growing demographic often prescribed these therapies. However, managing ICI-related toxicities in older adults, especially those with frailty and comorbidities, presents unique challenges. This Policy Review, developed by the International Society of Geriatric Oncology (SIOG), provides an evidence-based framework for healthcare providers, caregivers, and policymakers, addressing specific considerations for older adults that are not sufficiently covered by existing guidelines, while integrating geriatric oncology principles into the treatment approach. #GeriOnc #Immunotherapy
