Sometime soon I'll be releasing a report detailing the medical records from a detransitioner, showing direct evidence of the healthcare fraud scheme the DOJ has been investigating.
Records like this have never been made public.
This is a continuation of the work I did as a co-author of the HHS report Wolves in White Coats, where we documented the mountain of publicly available evidence demonstrating this proxy diagnosis fraud scheme in gender clinics across the country.
This report will show the most direct evidence: actual medical records.
Because these medical records provide such clear evidence of criminality, establishment forces have done everything in their power to prevent Trump's DOJ from obtaining them. Without these medical records, gender doctors remain effectively immune from serious consequence (i.e. prison)
I believe that if the public can see the records themselves, that protection becomes much more difficult to defend. The evidence is simply too shocking, the criminality too flagrant, the harm truly incalculable.
Even though Trump's DOJ has secured major victories - six civil settlements with major children’s hospitals - this punishment ultimately does not fit the crime.
This goal of this report is to help ensure that one day it does.
This will be the first in what I plan to be a series of reports, to be released on X, outlining detransitioner records from multiple clinics across the country, all employing the same fraud scheme against public and private insurers.

Gender-affirming care tells children two things: yes, something is wrong with your body, and yes, it needs fixing.
Here’s why that’s damaging: 🚨
👉 Many children struggling with gender dysphoria also struggle with body image, which is often exacerbated by social media and peer s Review (2024) flagged both as factors.
👉 It tells children their bodies are the problem and overlooks what may be underneath: mental health struggles, trauma, or family turmoil. One study of children at an Australian gender clinic found that 87.7% had at least one other psychiatric diagnosis (Kozlowska et al., 2021).
👉 Some physicians claim that puberty blockers and hormone therapies can be halted at anytime, but in the UK, 98% of children who started blockers went on to cross-sex hormones (Cass Review, 2024). Rather than buying time, blockers can lock children onto a path of medical transition.
👉 Medicine’s goal is to heal, never to harm. Removing healthy body parts in no way fits under that umbrella, and what’s removed can never be given back. In a survey of 100 detransitioners, 38% said they later realized trauma or a mental health condition had caused their gender dysphoria (Littman, 2021).
Detransitioners have shared that they were too young to understand what they were giving up, including the families they would one day want.
No child is born in the wrong body. Their bodies are not a mistake, and their bodies are not the problem.

If that’s the horror story, the mystery is why U.S. clinics continue to offer these treatments.
Between 2019 and 2023, the Stop the Harm database has tracked that:
🚩 13,994 minors underwent sex change treatments
🚩 5,747 minors had sex change surgeries
🚩 8,579 minors received hormones and puberty blockers
🚩 62,682 sex change prescriptions were written for minors
That’s the scariest part of all.

Allison Roberts was barred from school events — including her own child's distributed an open letter opposing an "identity flower" assignment that asked 11-year-olds to discuss their gender identity with classmates and teachers.
The district agreed to lift the ban, exempt her children from LGBTQ2SIA+ curriculum, and review its anti-harassment policy after a federal judge weighed in on the case.
