I turned Cartesia's Appointment Intake template into an AI receptionist for a healthcare clinic.
A patient can talk to it, share their preferred appointment date and time, and get help arranging their appointment.
No need to build a voice agent from scratch.
Here's how I set it up 👇🧵

Jensen Huang in 2003:
“The goal of winning is so you can play again.”
“It’s just like pinball. If you can just play well enough to get another game, you can be there for a long time.”

What's the # 1 trait of the world’s greatest leaders?
“These are people whose greatest prize in winning the current game is gaining the right & invitation to play the next game.”

That's way too exaggerated! One person directing over 50 AI Agents, doing the work of 20 engineers! 😱
A senior SpaceXAI engineer who once worked at Cursor shared her AI automation workflow:
Just have a cup of coffee every morning, and you can manage the entire AI team.
Her Manager: Oversees all work
3 AI Project Managers: Assign tasks and coordinate progress
Over 40 AI Employees: Automatically execute tasks overnight
She also claims that 97% of SpaceXAI engineers are already using similar workflows.
She teaches you how to build the entire system from scratch in a 60-minute tutorial.
What used to cost $5,000 to learn is now out in the open for free.
In the future, one person really will be a whole software company—I'm not kidding! 🤣
Recommendation: Save this!

We’ve raised $1.3M from YC & Afore Capital so you never have to type or speak again.
Typing is slow. Talking into your computer is awkward. Subvocal fixes both
Our glasses give you the speed of speech without you making a sound or touching a keyboard.
It tracks your internal speetact sensing and decodes silent, almost invisible mouthing into text at more than 200 words/min.
Pre-orders are now live at:

Introducing RL with Neural Feedback (RLNF). We have found reliable ways to train AI models to respond to human preferences purely from brain signals.

I also tested conversation playback.
After the call, you can listen to the conversation again and review what was discussed.
That means you can check whether the appointment details were communicated correctly and identify anything that needs attention.
Useful when you're ow that needs to be reviewed, not just heard once.

What I liked was the setup process.
Cartesia gives you templates to start with, but you can also customize the instructions, choose a voice and LLM, and connect tools for your workflow.
I built and tested my appointment agent without having to build the entire voice infrastructure myself.
Want to try building one?

Cold calling isn’t dead. And that’s why today, we’re launching Unify Dialer.
Sellers have already placed 112K+ calls with it.
→ Prospect, sequence, and dial in one place.
→ Move faster through your call list with Power Dialer, with the research done before you dial.
→ Reach re reachable numbers than Apollo and 66% more than ZoomInfo in our benchmark.
60% of reps book a meeting within their first hour of dialing on Unify.
Who better to pick up the phone than the wolf of insurance himself, Juliano Massarelli? 👇🏻
Try it here:

New in CodeRabbit Secure:
Deep Scan now follows a vulnerability across your linked repos, then replays the exploit in a throwaway sandbox to prove it's real before it flags anything.
Hendrik walks through this and everything else in the new update:

Anthropic engineer:
"90% of our engineers were already running self-improving loops
Now everyone is building agentic graphs"
"Prompting is basically over"
In just 10 minutes, she builds her whole Claude Code system live from an empty terminal
Prompts → Agents → Loops → nd the same mistake ships again next week
skip the graph and you're still the one wiring every agent together by hand
prompting was the old workflow, graph engineering is the new one
watch it today
then save the full guide below before everyone catches up ↓
