I love that more Portuguese and Spanish tech startups are visiting SF, but it's not good enough.

Way more of these founders need to actually *move* to the US (doesn't have to be SF).

It's now been more than 2 weeks since I last created a new Chat/Agent in @cursor_ai.

I only use Projects now.

@cursor_ai Note: chats might stick around, not sure to be honest. But at least for me, I don't really need them?

Sometimes, I do message chats created by my Projects directly, but I just don't create new ones manually.

I have Cursor Ultra, Claude Max 20x and ChatGPT Plus. The only harness that gives me a flow state is Cursor. You pay API pricing to move rapidly and the harness is absolutely top tier. But if you're happy with your current setup, don't try Cursor, because you'll be hooked.
Is anyone still using Cursor?

On November 5th, I'll be giving a chalk talk at Compile in New York City. This is a @SpaceXSI event which brings together all kinds of interesting people for a good hang.

We're still letting a few special people in, so please DM me and I can see what I can do (no promises)! 🚀

I read this book "The Bishop's Boys" a few years ago and loved it! One thing that stood out is how the Wright brothers, after creating their first planes, would go on exhibition tours and show the world what they had built.

People would pay tickets, and this was a revenue stream Santos Dumont did the same before with his creations.

Tesla should do this with the new Roadster. I'd love to see a car do a backflip, and other stunts.

Also, France did a similar thing, in 1981, when they showed the world the top speed of their trains at 380kmh, and they flew a military airplane very close to it to record it.

My friend and former boss, @davidgomes, is such a fantastic writer!
You should read his recent blog post on using @bot to move his family system from Trello to Todoist. It's inspiring me to be more creative with my Bot and "unify" my life. 😁

Just fixed (yet another) flaky test which was actually a flaky feature.

This kind of shit has haunted me for years, but fortunately LLMs are so good now at running tests thousands of times, recognizing failure causes, analyzing recordings of the UI, and fixing things.

In a few short weeks, I'll be running the New York City Marathon for the first time. I'm unbelievably excited, so I vibecoded a website called Map The Marathon to celebrate 🎉

It shows you the routes for popular marathon courses, in 3D with some tips along the way.

If you are in NYC, you should purchase said ticket and attend said talk.

Jediah has a ton of experience working on some very unique harnesses.

The Cursor harness which is famously multi-model, and multi-platform (cloud, local, mobile, Slack, etc.). Also, the Grok Bot harness which is a kind of outer loop harness with very cool optimizations for general knowledge work.

Also, Jediah has lived through it all, since models were much different from today. He's lived first-hand how harnesses should evolve around evolving models.

Sometimes, we call him the "model whisperer" because he has such great intuition for how LLMs behave in different scenarios. He's very bright, and an amazing communicator. So, yeah you should definitelty watch his talk!
To whom it may concern,

I will be speaking at @aiDotEngineer next wednesday about the state of the agent harness and where it is going.

They asked me to post this image so that you might feel a strong urge to buy a ticket. Thanks!
